a month agoIt was my first time pulling into this car wash and I ended up having a bad experience, first hand. It concerned me to see that they did NOT tape down my rear windshield wiper or even unscrew my radio antenna. Most car washes I have been to do a good job considering doing that. However, not this location. Although the policy for any damage is posted at the entrance of the lanes, these employees should’ve been more considerate to prevent any possible damage to any cars. Now I have a broken windshield wiper and no compensation after complaining to the manager. Apparently I am not the first costumer that this has happened to. A previous costumer had the same issue a year ago. That says it all. These employees do NOT have any consideration for their customers. Beware for those who have a rear windshield wipers and for those who drive a hatchback with a rear windshield wiper.a week agoOne of the best reliable services in the town , highly recommended for all car cleaning services. Past 2 times they have been up charging me either saying the vehicle is too big.. or sand. Which is understandable. Today they said time. I was Like okay keep the vehicle till 5 which is almost 3 hours from now…

in the last weekBought a $40 car wash , tipped $10 ahead of time and after it went through the wash, the man detailing it after didn’t do anything but move his hands around and act like he was working and when I asked about why the wheels weren’t washed he said no no , wheels don’t need to wash. They’re filthy.. car has water spots everywhere, interior was barely touched. I will never go back. Not my first bad experience there.2 months agoThis place is truly a state-of-the-art gem in the world of car care. They recently installed new equipment and our cars look amazing after the wash.Their express detail service is nothing short of remarkable. They leave no stone unturned when it comes to making your vehicle shine. I was honestly blown away by how thorough and meticulous they were. My car looked better than the day I drove it off the dealership lot. I have 3 GSD dogs and you can’t spot a single dog hair left, once they are done cleaning.

2 months agoIncident Report Filed 8/26/23 3rd photo with grill circled in blue is the beginning of my entry of their wash machine and 1st pictures was the ending results. Bluewave claims department call me today and stated that they are NOT responsible for the complete removal of my grill. They claimed that the blow dry section of the washer did this. I don’t believe that because This had to take great force to remove however, I believe it was caught up in something. He then forwarded the 3rd photo to my phone and said it’s because the grill was sticking out a little it is NOT their fault. Keep in mind, I was allowed to enter the wash passing through 2 attendants approval at their facility. Its clear that if the grill was an issue why was I allowed to enter. The phone call was very unprofessional, dry cut and had no concern or options. Keep in mind I have been a monthly paying member of this carwash since they opened this location. The grill is priced at $400 and I have paid 3X that being loyal to the business and to receive a NOT concern phone call like that blew me away. I love my 2010 VW Passat with only 35K miles on it and trusted this establishment to help me maintain my vehicle beauty. People if you love your vehicle do not patronize this establishment because they care 0 about your vehicle just wants your money.2 months agoBest customer service EVER! They were able to help me with both my cars. Honest, hard working, knowledgeable staff. Zero wait time and prices are reasonable. Win/Win. I’ll definitely be coming back when its time for the cars to be serviced.6 months agoThis is the worst service provided in a car wash. My car went through the wash fully intact and when we came out of the car wash my bumper and side panel was ripped off.The company DID NOTHING after the rep continued stating that the previous pictures shows that the cars bumper was flushed prior to driving in the car was.
The managerial team was NOT helpful in fixing the situation. The rep was rude and incompetent of the hierarchy of your company. ( She needs to be trained more before she speaks to customer). Her contact number is 346——–she did not even state her name.
a week agoQuick and thorough car wash, with several wash options. They have good quality vacuums, air guns, and towels available to clean the inside of your car after the drive-thru wash. The staff are all helpful as well.4 months agoI had a great experience at the car wash place on 7.24.2023 morning , especially thanks to an incredibly active and helpful person who worked at the payment area. While I don’t know his name, I must say he is a valuable asset to the company. He went above and beyond to ensure that my car was cleaned thoroughly. When I arrived, my car had a significant amount of mud stuck to it from the previous night. The staff member noticed this and took it upon himself to make sure that all the mud was completely removed. He took the time to guide us through the car wash multiple times, ensuring that the mud was gone and the car looked spotless.

Don’t ever run you car though, I had the worse experience here. they had fish hooks on their rotary brushes that scratched my entire truck i tried to tell the supervisors they made me wait 20 minutes then just ignored me so i left i will never go back there and whoever i can i will tell them to be careful, if don’t believe me look the pictures, I noticed because when I was passing my truck there were noises of metal colliding with metal and when I got out I got the hooks hooked in the mirror and in the bed cover.
So far my experience with this car wash have been very good.
There is one location on Belle Chase in Gretna, and another one on Lapalco on my way to Sam’ or Walmart so the membership has been very convenient so far.
Time will tell, but rather enjoying having a clean vehicle and the price is cheaper than the self serve in my opinion.
I’ve had a membership with Mister Car Wash since the beginning of 2021. Yesterday was the first time I experienced straight annoyance after getting my car washed. Usually I visit Mister Car Wash on Main when I’m leaving the medical center since it’s more convenient for my commute. When I ask them to spray my car. The machine is stopped to keep my car from moving while they move around my car spraying it. Needless to say this is the service I expected yesterday as my car needed a little extra attention due to taking a trip to Illinois and back. The rain helped alot however there was still bug guts and bug stuck to my front bumper and grill. When I asked for a spray they sprayed the front of my car so lightly and quickly a toddler tricycle wouldn’t get clean from it. After the wash cycle was finished it looked as if I only rinsed my car to try and get some of the dirt off. What a was of time. I definitely will stick to visiting the one on main where I know they will take care of me and my baby.
I just moved into the area from Houston. This is one of the ones closest to my home. So far, first wash looks way better than the previous car wash in Houston! I am very optimistic.
It would be nice to be able to vacuum my car after my wash but unfortunately inconsiderate people detail their entire car at the vacuums regardless of people waiting to use them. Nothing is done by management or any of the workers. I cancelled my carwash package and will look for another business that has some sort of order.
