5 months agoGreat carwash. Most of the time there a a line but it moves quickly because employees are quickly to help with payment and moving the line. They gave free vacuum services once you’re done washing your vehicle. Trash cans everywhere, very handy when you’re cleaning your car. Definitely worth the money.a week agoScam!!! I’ve had a membership all year and just realized they’ve been double charging me. I signed up for a $19 a month membership, noticed they charged me $27.99 and went to look at bank statements. They’ve charged me $27.99 4 times in the last month! No one will take my calls. Having to report to my bank to resolve.a year agoMy wife surprised me with a Blue wave membership for Father’s day. While I was taking a nap, she drove my car over to 700 Trenton Rd. Bluewave put a sticker on my windshield, this sticker is detected by a scanner, so when you drive up to the entrance gate it opens automatically. Once you drive thru the car wash, you can park at the vacuum cleaners and clean the inside of your ride. I like that they give you a blue towel to dry with. Once you soil the towel you can exchange it for a new one. This place makes cleaning your car a snap.3 months agoVery good customer service! Thank you to Marco for helping my mom out. She struggles to speak English, and he was the only one who spoke Spanish there at the time. He was very helpful to my mom and convinced her to get a membership since she goes there often, and it’s been very helpful. He had the best customer service and always had a smile on his face. When she was struggling to pay, he helped her within seconds. On top of all of this, he noticed my baby having a tantrum so he gave him a lollipop to lighten up his mood, and he was so content after that! Blessings!3 months agoThis happened to me 1 week ago my car was dirty and i pay for the 30 dollar membership and i had time to pass by blue wave everything normal until i went truth the machines had broke my back bumper a worker did a inccident report i filled a page aswell he said in a week i would get a email or get contacted and nothing has been done do i need a lawyer for this?2 months agoNo soap came out while going through. Explained that my car was still very dirty and no soap was dispensing. The guy working said soap was dispensing for other vehicles and that I could go back through if needed. Although I appreciate him offering to allow another pass through, I would have much rather him check out the equipment rather than brush it off and allow another pass through. This doesn’t fix the root of the issue.a year agoGreat last minute car wash. Staff was friendly and the service itself was quick and easy. There was an abundance of vacuums and space available to vacuum and get your car squared away. What a great place!2 weeks agoYolanda Ramirez offered me the membership. I loved everything about this wash except the fact that it doesn’t offer upgrades anymore. I had a great experience, they have such a good team, very welcoming environment.

One of the perks of coming is being able to reuse blue towel to dry my vehicle. Today I forgot it at home. When I went to purchase one (it is being advertised) the young man at counter was getting ready to charge me one, when a young lady comes around the corner, puts her hand over a blue bin and says, “We Don’t have any” in a rude tone. Mind you, I could have returned her attitude right back but it’s to early to attempt a cordial conversation at this point. I will be driving to Weslaco from now on. Be better.

As I take a seat to enjoy lunch, and catch a glimpse of my fully detailed 🚗 car, in the driveway…. I can’t hold out a second longer on leaving BlueWave Express a stellar review! There’s really no place to start or to finish, with how awesome this chain has been, overall! As one could suspect, no place can ALWAYS be perfect. About a year or so ago there would be the occasion here and there where the wash wasn’t 100% satisfactory. BUT. Each time, there was not too long after where I observed maintenance and repairs to the business. Which, brings me to the peak of my experiences lately, with BlueWave Express! Just a couple of months ago I noticed lots and lots of amazing, and FUN, new upgrades and additions. With me being a pretty simple person, I was intrigued but not quite sold hahah. But one day an employee saw me drying my car with my own towels and he politely came over, with enthusiasm, and said to me that surely I was welcome to use BlueWaves towels! And, he took the time to give me a quick run down on some on the numerous upgrades that have been added so I can enjoy a top notch experience while I detail my car! So, today I decided to take his word for it and try the towels…. WOW! They are NOT just any old drying towels! You have to try them to understand 😌🤩🥲 And, while I was detailing my car I took notice of another employee who was very polite and shining like a star while confidently enjoying performing her job! Well, she noticed I had a dog and she came over to offer him a few dog treats! I thought that was so nice and a truly wonderful and thoughtful gesture! So, thank you BlueWave!
