a month agoMy experience was awful. My antenna was broken by a mew employee and I had to keep on going back and forth between the dealership and car wash. For an estimate and then let management know. Then had to wait for site manager to arrive only for him to be combative about the entire situation. As I was there waiting on the report another customer came in stating that they spray her rims and messed them up. She heard me ask for the Corporate Office number and she asked for it too. This entire ordeal took 4.5hrs out of my day. Now I’m waiting to hear back from Corporate about when my repair will take place.2 months agoNeither location that I go to Presidential Pkwy or Mercer University Dr. have all the vacuum cleaners working I have to move several time to find one that works, no paper towels or window cleaner. They use to be nice but I CAN’T say that now!!. I got a membership that’s why I continue to go. Thinking about canceling it..3 months agoI love my monthly membership at Googoo, I really only go to the one on presidential, because although I never have tire shine on my tire when I leave the tunnel and half of the vacuums don’t work. Their staff customer service is excellent, they are always extremely pleasant, respectful, & helpful. They always make sure I’m satisfied before I leave the parking lot..5 months agoThis car wash is definitely not worth the money! I’ve gone several times (as well as my husband) for the membership washes and my car is never fully clean on the outside. No products are available for cleaning after the service (armor all for tires, window cleaner, etc…), and the floor mat cleaner half works.My husband was also told that adding and additional car (mines) was free and he ended up being charged an additional $15 per month for my vehicle. You can’t cancel online so you have to take a chance and ride by one of the locations and hope it’s open. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON GOO-GOO!
a month agoExcellent car and wash. Price went up recently for the first vehicle but still reasonable if you wash the car at least twice a month.

2 weeks agoWorse customer service I’ve experienced at a car wash. Went through the car wash and car still dirty. Windows especially were dirty. They charge the same price as other car washes and they don’t provide towels to dry your car. Free vacuums are mediocre. Hardly able to pick up anything in the car. I will never come back here. Don’t waste your time coming here. I’m your better off washing your car yourself.7 months agoWorse customer service ever! After have went through the machine I noticed that the car was still dirty so I asked to run through again and The So Called Manager, informed that the system was already shut it down for the day, so I asked I guess can I come back tomorrow? His answer was No, than after we argued back and forth ( which I’ve already have done 2 times in the past) I decided wasn’t worth and went to vacuum my car… for my surprise was off also, so I went to complain again and I said what did I paid for? He said I got what I paid for! What??!! So I asked the owner email so I could get in touch and he said No. So I decided to cancel the membership on my car, I’m sure I’m gonna get way better service somewhere else. Here are the pictures of my car, you can see the soap scums and how the hood was barely touched the pollen on it. Yes I did canceled my membership in the morning after my horrible dealing with the one that calls himself manager. Yes this picture was taken in the morning after because off course at night you wouldn’t be able to see it… but no worries there are so many car washers in macon that actually do a way better job than this one! The first manager when they first opened was so caring…a year agoJust moved to Macon about a month or so ago so we had to find a new car wash seeing as we usually go several times a week! Out of the list of “ car washes near my location” that google provided me with, Tommy’s Express was the closet and when I visited their website to get prices for the monthly membership I learnt that when u sign up on the app for a membership you get a month free, so of course this was our choice to start off with! The staff is very friendly , and it’s never been busy when we have gone but we have only been 3 times now, also they are open till 9!! Give them a try I don’t think you will be disappointed!🚗🚕🚙2 years agoI typically don’t use the drive-thru car wash, I normally frequent hand wash places. But my friend decided to get a quick wash before our date. He was extremely impressed with the way his rims turned out. They were extremely clean. The facility was very up-to-date, and we loved the unique design of the brushes. The vacuums were very powerful and efficient. The staff was courteous & answered all of our questions. They also offer a detail kit for a few bucks with additional cloths. Give’em a try!a week agoTyina was fantastic and gave us excellent customer service. She was SUPER patient with us and walked us through step by step to get our membership started.
