4 months agoI am not happy at all with the service I had this afternoon. I paid $55 for mainly a vacuum. I just purchased the car and it was already clean. I just wanted the grime taken care of. They spent less three minutes and did nothing!!! I should have done this myself. And to think they wanted over $30 extra to apply a protectant!! I don’t think I got the “best wash” as there was nothing different than the “basic wash” I don’t know about anyone else but $50 is still a lot of money to me and I feel I was just ripped off by splash car wash jfk nlrar4 months agoUnfortunately, I have to use this location often for work. The car wash is just OK and not really worth the price. I would not use it on my personal vehicle or be willing to use my own money at this location. I have had two oil changes at this location and both times they have forgotten to refill my washing fluid and did not reset the check engine light. I use a wex card through my job and because of that, the checkout process is like pulling teeth, having to provide my ID multiple times. Today when I stopped by for a car wash, in hopes to get a vacuum for the first time, I was informed that our account does not cover, vacuuming. Oh, well, I will go spend my money on the vacuum down the road at Shell.in the last weekAlthough, I have been going here for years, since I had tht car brand new. I don’t even know why because I can’t think of one reason, besides the suppose to be free car wash after my oil change, because I hate washing my car. At those get out and wash it urself places. But anyway, In reality the car wash is not free like they say, because you’re paying about $85 to $90 for a oil change. Many of times I’ve had to come back to this location because they did not know how to reset my oil light, and my oil light would come on before it was time for my nxt oil change. Then just recently one of the store managers inform me that they do not top off your fluids which is included in the price (because my receipt says so), and tht they haven’t in awhile now. But, fail to inform their customers of this. Which everyone knows, well most, knows tht your fluids in your car are the life of our car. So, jst recently my car start loosing coolant in the car, and leaking. Which it has NEVER done, because I have been going to thm since I had this car. When I call them to tell them abt it, they then told me tht they dnt top off fluid and haven’t been for awhile now. Ok! You are the service provider for my car, if you no longer top off fluids you should’ve warned me tht my fluids was low, if you no longer do it. But, they ddnt and my car is now needing a motor or head gasket, because of no fluids in the car. They have officially lost a customer for sure. I can go to Wal-mart and pay $40 (half) for the same service minus the car wash, which they no longer do as well unless u go online for the scanner. When we use to get a ticket for the car wash wth our receipts. NEVER again I feel betrayeda month agoAlways great service! However, the technician broke a part of my glove box assembly while installing a new cabin air filter. Otherwise, it’s a great place to have simple maintenance and a great car wash.a year agoFirst off, the car washes are decent at best. Secondly, they damaged my car on June 1st. Took them until today June 10 to tell me that they will not assist in the repair of my car. I know the damage happened inside the Carwash because my headlight sensor immediately notified me that something was wrong. I called and asked to speak to a manager several times, nothing. Someone from “corporate” is supposedly going to call me on Monday. That would be a full 11 days after I filed the claim. I already cancelled my monthly membership. They will not get any more money from me.The bigger issue to me is the lack of communication and lack of professionalism. If the answer to the claim is no, that’s ok, but for that answer to come almost 2 weeks later is completely unacceptable! Enjoy the mediocre car washes, awful service and full lack of accountability.
Lastly, ( caller ID stated his name as Garrett Hartman) the man from “corporate” lied to me saying that they didn’t have a front camera view of my vehicle before entering the wash. That is not true because Seth showed me said view, all be it a still shot, on the day of the incident. Not only are they unprofessional, they are also untruthful! Be careful!

My experience was very positive and I smiled so much from how she treated me when I pulled up I wasn’t having that great of a day, but Tasia made me feel so at ease. I hadn’t gotten a car wash in 6 months after moving here so you can believe my car was dirtyyy!! Tasja offered to spray the front to get any bugs off before I went through! She is amazing!! Definitely a 5 star experience!!
