2 months agoCaused SEVERE damage to my vehicle and avoided any contact for weeks. My bumper was completely ripped off of my vehicle and when attempting to contact the GM, Robert Hernandez, his voicemail was full and he didn’t answer after calling ~10 times over the course of a few weeks. I was told by an employee that they had regular issues with damage to vehicles times.When I finally received a response from Robert I was told they refused to help in any way and wouldn’t even refund the car wash that ripped my bumper off my car, caused paint damage, and misalignment, then Robert hung up on me.
I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this entire situation was handled so disastrously that I really felt I had to.

2 months agoMy car was sadly plastered with bugs. I asked if I could just run through a second time because the first wash didn’t get them all off. Instead, they went above and beyond to make sure my car was spotless. Get a membership, it’s worth it5 months agoWe were visiting a family member in Lewisville, TX and went in for a car wash. We paid with an American Express card. Our card was placed on their file without our permission and was subsequently charged on May 11, 2023 in the amount of $32.99 which amounts to theft and fraud. Do not go to this facility and use your credit card. We had to cancel our card. We tried calling the car wash but no one ever picks up their phone.2 weeks agoThe man who sprays the car down at the entrance was very rude. He yelled at us to go when we were waiting for the other car to get into the machine. Then we got stuck on the conveyor for about 3 minutes. I would never come here for that service it’s over priced anyways.

a week agoThere wash damaged my truck and they don’t don’t accept the responsibility because there protected by a 7 year old vehicle policy. There car wash broke my hood protector with zero prior damage to the wash. I have their membership and very convenient to my home. The location alone runs great and the new staff they brought over seem nice, since the acquisition. They just added air pumps for tires which is super awesome.My only complains that I miss from the previous company, it was easier to add additional cars to my membership. I came in person to do it, which is how I done it on in the past, but I was told to do it on the website. Website has no way of doing it and has an inquiry page. From there I asked to add a vehicle, but I was never contacted about it. I called, but the machine said it was a 35 minute wait… F-that! I’m not waiting. I guess they won’t get more of my money.

I did the $15 wash & my windshield is still completely covered in bug guts. I don’t expect much from a drive thru wash, but normally it at least gets the windshield fairly clean. It seemed like it was moving us through really quickly & basically only rinsed the dust off the front/sides.
Paid for the $24 service which I was told included tire shine. Well needless to say the quality of the car wash was terrible and the tire shine was non existent!! Also they couldn’t provide a receipt because of connectivity issues! Skip this place a good rain shower does better and save $24!
I am a disabled veteran. I drove my van through the car wash, paid 30 dollars for the best car wash. I was raced through with only water and brushes. No tire shine or anything. My car was still dirty. I complained only to be told to “have a nice day” my crippled butt was outside in 100 degree weather manually washing my van with a spray bottle and rag. I would say do not ever come through here and shut this place down. I am sure their response to this rating will be a canned response that you see on all reviews. I am coming from Hill AFB, Utah and cannot believe this kind of treatment to the disabled or elderly. Is this truly what Texas is like?

First he already told me this wash not gonna remove all of the dead bugs front of my car, he said after round 1 just returned back to wash again, I did twice and kinda satisfied already cuz I know there is no way I can get rid all off the bugs from that long road trip, when my boyfriend and I was vacuuming it, he came o, grabbed towels and some “ special liquid “ to clean the bugs and dust with his own hands!!!
I never get any car wash experience like this time and we were so grateful for Sunny!! Thank you so so much!!

Probably the worst car wash I’ve ever had. Still plenty dirty, waste of $18. Wash guys is in the otherwise of 121 and I’ve gotten way better quality and service there. Won’t be back.
