2 months agoCaused SEVERE damage to my vehicle and avoided any contact for weeks. My bumper was completely ripped off of my vehicle and when attempting to contact the GM, Robert Hernandez, his voicemail was full and he didn’t answer after calling ~10 times over the course of a few weeks. I was told by an employee that they had regular issues with damage to vehicles times.When I finally received a response from Robert I was told they refused to help in any way and wouldn’t even refund the car wash that ripped my bumper off my car, caused paint damage, and misalignment, then Robert hung up on me.
I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this entire situation was handled so disastrously that I really felt I had to.

Instead, they went above and beyond to make sure my car was spotless. Get a membership, it’s worth it5 months agoWe were visiting a family member in Lewisville, TX and went in for a car wash. We paid with an American Express card. Our card was placed on their file without our permission and was subsequently charged on May 11, 2023 in the amount of $32.99 which amounts to theft and fraud. Do not go to this facility and use your credit card. We had to cancel our card. We tried calling the car wash but no one ever picks up their phone.2 weeks agoThe man who sprays the car down at the entrance was very rude. He yelled at us to go when we were waiting for the other car to get into the machine. Then we got stuck on the conveyor for about 3 minutes. I would never come here for that service it’s over priced anyways.

There car wash broke my hood protector with zero prior damage to the wash. I have their membership and very convenient to my home. The location alone runs great and the new staff they brought over seem nice, since the acquisition. They just added air pumps for tires which is super awesome.My only complains that I miss from the previous company, it was easier to add additional cars to my membership. I came in person to do it, which is how I done it on in the past, but I was told to do it on the website. Website has no way of doing it and has an inquiry page. From there I asked to add a vehicle, but I was never contacted about it. I called, but the machine said it was a 35 minute wait… F-that! I’m not waiting. I guess they won’t get more of my money.
