3 weeks agoThis car wash has always been a great go to. The staff is very pleasant and the drive thru wash has been pretty good. However, today instead of cleaning my rims and tires the wash decided it would be better to remove dirt from my tires to my rims. This means I will have to clean my rims myself, which is what I paid the car wash to do. This was a disappointing trip to the drive through car wash.a month agoThe car wash did a decent job, but I bought the most expensive one and I didn’t get my tires cleaned nor shined like I paid for. Utterly ridiculous! They knew they were wrong, even came out laughing! You have 40 mins until closing, do better!10 months agoGave them a second chance and should not have. This time 3 women were there 1 taking payment and 1 directing in. I even mentioned how bad it had done the last time but was hoping the problem was fixed. My car was still dirty and don’t ask to go thru again.

“DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO GETTING THE MEMBERSHIP FOR CAR WASHES”. This is a rip off. A lady was standing outside where you pay for the carwash. She pressured me into getting the membership with little to no explanation. I was told I could get a full refund if I didn’t like the car wash and that it wasn’t going to charge my credit card every month.
However, what I was told was a lie to get me to sign up! The car wash was awful. the soap is not dispensing enough to wash my car. The love bugs were still on the car.
I was charged automatically on my credit card monthly $30.00.
I called and canceled (3) times and they are still charging my credit card and saying there it is a glitch in the system! Making it near impossible to discontinue it. They refuse to credit me for the first time a was billed, even though i was told by the lady standing outside taking the payment that I could get a full refund if I didn’t like the service. I will never go there again.
Check your credit card statement each month to see if they signed you up without your knowledge. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My card was charged twice, for April 1, and on today May 1, 2023. I told the guy to cancel at the end of March. I went to the 1 in Jackson off I-55, I requested a refund, the manager gave me the 1 800#. I called them twice, no answer for 2 hours. They hung up in my face at the finance department. I’m taking my business elsewhere. I don’t suggest using your card at places like these. They do want they wanna do, and still slick charge you, when you ask them to cancel the membership!
This Carwash Need To Be Closed Down ASAP!! Haven’t Anyone Reached Out To Me Regarding My Car Being Messed Up After Coming Out The Carwash! Never Felt The Roughness Of Being In A Carwash Until My First Time Going To That One Which I Truly Regret! Someone Took Down My Info & Stated That I Will Receive A Call From The Manager. Been Still Waiting On A Call. My Bumper Is COMPLETELY GONE After Traveling Back Home To Texas! I Been Calling The Number To Get No Response At All. ALSO While I’m Getting My Info Took Down, The Carwash Tore The WHOLE Gas Tank From Under This Elderly Lady Vehicle. On September 15,2023 my experience was a nightmare! I went through and gotten a $12.00 car wash and came out with my bumper ripped off my car. The manager was so prejudice he wouldn’t come outside and look at my car I had to go in the office and ask him to come out side and look at the damage on my car and when he did he insulted me!!! I have been calling Mister Carwash and they haven’t even called me concerning my car or how I was treated now I’m reaching out to a lawyer!!
