a month agoBest car wash in town! You make Tommy’s look like a joke. My car has never been so shiny and smooth. Excellent wheel cleaning and love that the car gets dried with the rolling wheel of rags at the end. I left Tommy’s after everything was always broken every time I went there. Plus every one is so friendly to my dogs that love coming to the car wash.5 months agoI would like to thank Jason and Mister car wash on the East Beltline for such a great experience. I was there a week prior and I questioned about my flat finish paint. The only assistance I received was they didn’t know.Thankfully I went back today, just to ask if I could purchase a vacuuming option. I was more than pleased with the knowledge and professionalism Jason gave me! (He most likely wasn’t aware I’d be doing a full on detail to my vehicle). Whatever the case, I had a great experience and am super thankful!!

a year agoNot the speediest, but a good was at Mister Car Wash. We were in the third car in line for a wash. Given the one car at a time method, took about 20-30 minutes. Good to get the road grit off of our car to stop the salt from corroding it.a week agoPrepaid pass has never worked and have to wait for assistance every time. Doesn’t dry vehicle well leaving streaks all over.

6 months agoThis is one of the better car washes in the “Mister Car Wash” franchise, especially generous on the soap, and the drying system is particularly effective.It is in a somewhat difficult location to enter if you are coming in from the west, depending on traffic. Otherwise, it is large enough to accommodate a good number of vehicles during peak times.

Will be back more often in the winter.3 months agoI have a monthly membership and the last 3 times I went to this location my driver side mirror was almost ripped off (it was pushed forward) I called to talk to the manager in charge and he told me they are working on the hydraulics and I should just go to a different location since I haven’t had the problem at other locations. I also noticed scratches on my car that day. He did nothing to solve the problem other than to go somewhere else.5 months agoGirls don’t want to push my expensive side mirrors back. I have an ongoing monthly subscription. They tell me it’s not part of their job description.5 months agoWould be a 5* but so many times I come here and there is very loud music at the vacuums. And sadly the staff never comes to ask for it to be turned down. And if they say they can’t hear it I don’t know how that’s possible. Today the music was so loud I was still hearing it a block away when I left.

I brought in my car for a basic interior detail, and they did an amazing job! Not a single spot was missed. I came to pick it up later in the day and they said it’ll actually take overnight to fully dry, so for the inconvenience they delivered my car to me for free the following day. Worth every penny, I definitely recommend them.
My friend had been lending me her car and as a thank you, I got her car detailed at Crystal Clean! I got the deluxe package and they took her 2017 Subaru Outback that smelled like cigs and had been taken around the block a few too many times if ya know what I mean and made her look like a brand new car right off the lot!! I also called on a Monday and they got me in next day and even delivered the car to me because I didn’t have a ride back to pick the car up. Literally the best service. I 100% will be taking my car to Crystal Clean from now on!
My toddler mom car needed a lot of tlc after three years of just vacuuming and wipe downs. Crystal Clean did a FABULOUS job. We had used them a few years ago for my husband’s car and we figured they’d do a great job again. My expectations were met and all of the sand, cracker crumbs, and various ick was gone. Very satisfied and will definitely use them again.
I brought a family member’s car in for detailing as a gift to them. Once I dropped off the car at the scheduled time, Crystal Clean gave me a check back time and a likely end time for pick up. They were spot on. They communicated well during the day and checked to see if there were additional items that I wanted addressed. No heavy sales pitch, just notification. The process was easy and they did a marvelous detailing job on the car. The only thing is that I’m not sure it’s the same car 🙂 . It was immaculate.

I have to say, although I have friends that have used these guys and swear by them, I still went into this with a skeptical attitude. I assumed they would do an okay job but not awesome. But I was proven wrong. These guys did a fantastic job on my car, and cleaned everything I could find to check on after the fact. They literally take everything out of the car and clean everything. They took my spare tire equipment out and cleaned that area! I won’t go anywhere else after this ever again to get my car detailed.
