in the last weekI travel a lot, but this is my home town. I go to many different car washes. This is absolutely the worst place I’ve ever been to. They just don’t care or even attempt to do a good. How hard can it be to wipe water off a car, i always pull to side and do it myself. I still tip them big, I will never waste my money at this place again.2 weeks agoThis was my very first visit here and will be my very last !Brought my Tesla here on Saturday paid $29.99 and still had streaks of dirt all over my car. They didn’t wipe down my seats and my windows were very streaky hard to see out of posing a visibility threat for me! Horrible first experience!3 months agoNot sure what is going on with this location within the last few months. I used to come through about once a week on my way home from work. Recently it’s been a nightmare trying to get my truck cleaned out. Pay for full service and get unenthusiastic half service results. There doesn’t seem to be any organization with the folks working here and no one seems to be in charge. Has been taking several minutes to be greeted and get into the wash after a drone with no personality rings me up. Wash usually does a very good job, but the human element seems to struggle. No one knows which spot or line to pull into to get vacuumed and wiped down. Door jambs, parts of dash, and sections of windows have been missed the 3 times through. Tire shine only ever makes it onto about 2/3 of each tire. The vacuum hose gets drug through puddles and then into my seats and I’ve mentioned something to kids vacuuming, but no one seems to care. Going to try Sam’s express or just wash it myself from now on. Won’t be returning to this location.2 weeks agoI appreciate them cleaning my car. They do a pretty good job. The only thing is they never clean my dash board.2 years agoGot my car “cleaned” today and unfortunately for them they did a real half job. I had vacuumed it a few days prior, it literally looks the exact same as it did when I took it there with the exception of the outside being cleaned. If I pay for the package that includes the interior cleaning then that’s what I expect. I will add photos later but this was such a waste of time and money. I have called their number and currently am waiting for a call back. I will update the review at a later time if/when they contact me back. I am selling the vehicle tonight and will not be returning to auto bell for a “re-do” or any future business.

6 months agoI do not recommend Auto bell if you are going for a thorough clean..the inside of my car was just as dirty after as it was before the services they provided. Definitely a fast service but not a thorough service. Rear view mirror was so dirty, nothing was wiped down on the inside, they don’t do any rubber floor mat cleaning the vacuuming was bad as well. The only way I’d use them again would be for outside cleaning only the rest is just a set up for disappointment 🙁a month agoEmployees did a great job cleaning my car. I’m very appreciative of there service. One less thing in life that I have to do and it makes life easier. Thank you guys, well done!8 months agoThe car wash tore off my side mirror and I filed a claim. The store manager stated that since there was a previous chip in the mirror the store was not liable. My mirror is hanging there, and it wasn’t before. I did not damage it, their automated machine did. They should have at least warned me or had me tape it in place. The manager was apologetic but that doesn’t excuse the fact that I now have to pay hundreds to have something replaced that they completely broke off.3 months agoNot good. Wash kept cutting off while going through the machine due to an “electrical issue”. Barely any water sprayed on my truck and caused it to fill like the brushes were throwing my whole suv around in wash. Pretty sure I have a new scratches since I mostly went through the systems dry. Staff does not seem to care. $40 to corporate mediocritya month agoBought the deal of the month and the saying “ Get what you pay for” is exactly what I got. The inside wasn’t wiped down or vacuumed as instructed. Had to let the attendant know that he needed to wipe the dash board down and re vacuum.
