I’m going back to Miles Auto Spa. It may be slightly more expensive but it’s fast, employees are always around to assist if you need it and their payment processor always works.2 months agoThis carwash took my money and did not turn on, so I paid for nothing. 2 months agoBeen going here for the last year and getting the most expensive wash short of detailing (Ceramic Exterior + Interior $45 after tax and tip). Service has not always been the best, had to ask them to vacuum over a few times, but I still liked it enough to keep coming.Today the wash broke off a front panel on my Lincoln Navigator hood. The panel had been glued down previously but had never come completely off, and it was not loose when I came to the wash. I was all the way home before I noticed it was missing. Immediately went back and they had the panel, but despite recognizing me as a regular customer, the manager Kofi basically pointed to the “Not responsible” sign and said there was nothing they could do. I wasn’t expecting them to pay for a repair, but a free wash/detail or something small would have went a long way in letting me know they value me as a customer, considering I’ve probably spent around $500 on washes here in the last year alone, including tips. But I guess good customer service is a lost art these days.
Since my car is old, I MAY continue to come here. But I’ll be on the hunt for a new car wash that values my business, and I definitely won’t bring my newer vehicle here.
5 months agoI would not suggest the hand dry. My car was still half wet when they motioned me to go, I didn’t say anything but if I wanted a half-done job I would of done it myself. Not worth it, and wish they tip was post-service. They still get a 4 stars though, because their vacuums are legit, and have great suction quality.3 weeks agoThe wunder wash is great for in between full details! I have a kid in my car every day so it definitely needs frequent touch ups, and this spot is on my way to work. Overall the interior clean was great, and they are quick even when they’re busy. They missed a couple of spots with the vacuuming, a couple chip crumbs in crevices etc, but overall nothing major and a good enough job for the price!a month agoI’m very upset middle console was still dirty. It’s not worth it paying extra to get it clean from inside. I feel like I didn’t recieve the service I paid for.a week agoThese folks are fantastic and fast! Very courteous and helpful! My car had been from Tx to Al where I had major dirt from road construction…..it was very dirty! Now it’s so clean, they gave it extra attention!

After reading the reviews I was concerned. I got a full interior detail- my car was in bad shape. I drive a minivan and just got back from a beach trip (where we accidentally left sunroof open during a rainstorm). Miguel cleaned our car and did a great job. There were some back cup holders that were t cleaned, but I wasn’t being as nit picky because my car was starting at such a terrible place. I ended up spending $275 thereabouts for cleaning and tip. Most of the bad reviews seem to be for lessor packages. I would def use them again and actually enjoy driving my car again. Added before and afters.

Paid $275 for the M6 Ultimate Detail,There were crumbs/food underneath the back seats, didn’t clean a storage area underneath the seat, and didn’t pay much attention to small details. However, they did a good job cleaning my seats. I will not be coming back here anymore. Smyrna s myth brothers do this job for 40 dollars please try there. Use less .
Saturday I had the best experience here. The man at the counter was very kind and helpful. Then I was pleasantly surprised to have a woman have done the detail work on my car (also slightly embarrassed because my car was in very rough shape) and when circling back they believe it was Ms. Carla who worked on my 4Runner. It is by far the best detail work I have ever had done on any of my cars. I will be back and hopefully be able to schedule with Carla specifically
DO NOT GO HERE! This is NOT the same place it was years ago!! A couple weeks ago, I made an appt over the phone with a man who had a deep southern accent. He was nice to me and told the prices over the phone for the $99 interior/exterior. I told him about the dog fur in my husband’s truck, that this was a gift for him since he was out of town. The man on the phone told me that the price for the lava stone that they use to remove pet fur and the vacuum was going to be an additional $50. I told him that was fine because it was what I paid them years ago to remove pet fur. Halfway through my appt, an employee who took the key to the truck and payment, called me over like I was being called to a principal’s office, and told me that he was basically warning me NOT to look at the exterior of the truck because they had to spend so much time on the interior because of all the dog fur. He also showed me updated prices from their brochure, which were higher than their online prices and the prices the southern man gave me over the phone when I made the appt. When I asked about this, he said they just increased their prices, four days after I made the appt, yet they wouldn’t honor those initial prices that were given to me! He also downgraded me from an M5 detail to a M3, or something like that, so that I’d still only pay $150. It didn’t make any sense to me and still doesn’t, but what was I going to do!? And I’m 100% positive this treatment wouldn’t have been done to a male! But at the end, I looked at the truck and saw that the carpeted areas did look a lot cleaner, but I noticed on the drive home that it didn’t look like Maria even put any polish or anything other than a dry cloth to the dashboard of the truck. I should have opened the glove box and console, but I was told by two employees that they would be clean. They weren’t! Upon leaving, I tipped Maria $20. She didn’t deserve 20 cents!
And now that my husband is home, it’s our 17th wedding anniversary today, and I just went out to show him his ‘gift’, and I am extremely angry and embarrassed that I spent so much money on a deep clean that looks like a 10 year old did it! In fact, the more we looked around the truck earlier, we realized that Maria did such a horrible job, that there are still places between the seats she clearly didn’t even touch with a cloth, vacuum, or anything! This was NOTHING close to being $170 worth for ONLY an interior job. Plus, the southern man on the phone had assured me that they would clean the glove box and the storage console, then the man who took the key told me the same, and yet Maria didn’t even touch those either! They were both empty so it’s not like anything was in her way. She literally didn’t even open those storage places that I was told would get cleaned. The old manager who used to be there NEVER would have even let me leave the parking lot still in that condition! Now it seems they hire ungodly crooks and people with zero work ethic! Unfortunately, I still have $150 in gift cards here, and I wouldn’t even gift my worst enemy a “detail” job from this dishonest place. I never would have taken my husband’s truck here if I had known how dishonest and downhill this place has become. I’m so heartbroken that his annivesary gift was not only an embarrassment, but a lot of money just wasted!
