a week agoVacuums have no suction power. Tried using two different vacuums, and neither of them would pick up anything. Every time I come here I get a bad vacuum hose now I’m realizing they must not maintain any of them because I use a different stall every time I come & it’s the same issue. Also They’re touchless car washes barely clean anything. No matter what expensive option you choose. You will still come out with marks on your car from everywhere that was missed. and the water smells like literal sewage water. I have been to both locations, Hill rd & Bristol rd. Same result from both locations.The car reader is difficult to use. I just realized these are connected businesses. Overall, the place looks great by all appearances. I wash my car everyday and do not live on a dirt road. This is a complete waste of my hard earned money. a month agoI love coming here. There’s been a change of ownership in these last few months and the place has only improved. Much more organized on the inside and brand new equipment. Love the staff! I’ve noticed some people haven’t been there, the attitude and atmosphere is so much more positive. Totally recommend!a month agoEmployees usually do a good job but after going through multiple times in the last year, I have heard and seen things from inside the building that has me questioning if management needs more training. As a regular now, I have noticed that there isn’t enough employees because why am I seeing the same ones every damn day? I have heard employees being yelled at. Can’t even open on time most days I go. Can’t even notify your customers in a timely fashion when you’ll be closed. Too concerned about cosmetics and not about your equipment. I have given chances because I knew ownership changed but it’s the same problems that I dealt with when Foutch was owner. I will not be back and I have advised my friends to stay away as well.6 months agoToday I had a terrible experience at the car wash. People were in such a hurry with no line to get you through. That now my $9 car wash will cost me $600 because of my wheel bearing. Yep definitely would not recommend this place at all. Not to mention the lady wasn’t happy before me had to have her car rewashed. Plus my tires didn’t even get cleaned.Best wishes to future customers. Take my advice go somewhere else.
10 months agoWell I can see why they don’t have their oil change listed. Back on November 2nd, 2022 I had my oil change done there and they did $750 in damage to my vehicle. After taking the invoice and the broken part up there they refused to pay. Shady business. Do not go there unless you want to get screwed. Could not get ahold of the owner and the guy that broke it was the only one who would talk to me.5 months agoThey have very friendly workers. We went to use the vacuums and wash our car, and one of the techs brought out car freshner for us to even use. The vacuums work really well too

Got an oil change mobil 1 most expensive they have. Only oil i have ever ran in my car. They charge $100 for the oil change which would be fine except my car takes 4.4 quarts of oil they announce to the employees 4 quarts. So im starting a brand new oil change down almost a 1/2 quart down. They dont reset the oil change light, cant print a sticker for factory recommended intervals. I mean come on. The new slogan should be Fast Eddie’s we struggle with the basics. Called up there and was given excuses no willingness to do it right.
I have been trying to get ahold of someone for the past few days now before my monthly membership renewed and I finally get ahold of someone while the charge is now showing pending in my account. I am told that I can not get a refund but I am more than welcome to keep using the car wash for the next month. You guys make it very hard to get ahold of someone when you close at 7, and the main car wash that sets you up with the subscription, can’t do the cancelling. It is 2023, there are so many ways you can make it easier for people to cancel their subscriptions.
Did a great job with my oil change at a fair price. They let me bring my own oil, which I greatly appreciate. Friendly staff. Fixed a taillight and had nice wiper replacement options.
