a month agoWent here to clean my vehicle and swiped my card. It didn’t go through the first time so I swiped again thinking maybe I didn’t complete a good swipe the first time. The second time didn’t start the machine either. So I went next door to the ATM to get cash. I come back and use the bill breaker in the back of the building because the front was out of service. I paid over $10 in quarters to use a bay with a broken hose and gun and left. The following day, I have a charge on my credit card for the two swipes that didn’t even turn the machine on. Charging for a service not received is theft. Do better.5 months agoGreat car wash as far as the equipment goes. High powered soap, wax, rinse and foam brush all worked wonderfully.Bad signage for pricing. Says minimum $4 to start, but a swipe of the credit card gives you $10 worth by default. You have to stop the car wash earlier than the time given if you want to pay less than $10, but none of that is stated on a sign.
a month agoPoor equipment and even worse signage. No indication that you must pay $10 minimum on a card only to get $8 worth of time. Half the wash settings don’t work properly. Save your money and go the extra 15 mins to the one in Dartmouth.7 months agoI love the drive in car wash Approach & I got the top dollar car wash , seeing that it promoted the tires (rims ) being cleaned as well, I am somewhat disappointed that the tires did not get touched & I just got the car washed less than 15 ago2 months agoNew. Enjoyed the drive thru automatic car wash for $15 but couldn’t tell if undercarriage wash was done. Asked employee and he blew up at me, told me everyone wants something for free (???) and went in bldg and slammed door. Don’t ask for help.Owner reimbursed me for my cc charges and the coins I lost in the machine. I just won’t use this place unless someone is there to reimburse me if equipment doesn’t work.

I Googled a car wash near me and this one came up. This is a very basic old school car wash.1. I used my card for the 8 dollar wash and the car wash machine approved my payment but when I drove into the wash it wouldn’t work. There was a customer behind me who was patient but I felt bad driving back and forth with nothing happening so I went back around. When I noticed it worked for the person in front of me I tried again using cash and the car wash worked. So I paid 16 for the car wash. Maybe it was user error. Who knows…
2. The wax from the car wash left streaks that I was unable to get off Friday or Saturday no matter how much water and elbow grease I used to clean it off.
I ended up going through Prestige automatic car was near my home in Stoughton to clean my car windows. Thank goodness I have a car wash subscription with them.
I guess in a bind this car wash works but if you have time and a little extra money go to a new car wash.

Its decent. The tunnel is short so not feature packed. The rinse, for my car at least, isn’t always perfect but satisfactory and the wash itself is fine. They have a wash club for a monthly fee. Probably worth it if you get at least 4 or 5 washes a month. Staff seems cool and are always pleasant.

The employees that work at the Fall River BIG Blue car wash are friendly kind and considerate if you want a car wash where you are in and out quickly big blue car wash is a place to go. Winter, summer, fall, and one other thing how about the price unlimited car washes. Where are you going to beat that. I wish I had a job there I give them five stars all day everyday. Bought the Cowabunga deal. It didn’t clean my car well at all. I tried to get in touch with them, but the phone number doesn’t work. I emailed them and never heard back.

Hate paying $12 for every car wash? Go here! You can pay a monthly membership for UNLIMITED car wash!!! $30 for minimum but I paid $40 to include wax cuz I work on the coast AND it smells great. Most mornings, I’ll go to Dunkin then hit the wash… It’s the perfect way to start your day! Never have dirty vehicle again! Plus, they prorate.. very pleased.. 😀
In the area and needed a wash for my work truck. Paid $17 and proceeded through to the beginning of the automated wash. The employee waved me in and guided me to the proper position…Most other places I’ve been will prep the vehicle by brushing down the wheels, windows, etc. This place only sprayed a semi soapy solution on the truck as is it was passing in. Made it to the end and from what I could see all was well. When I arrived home that was far from the case. The truck was still loaded with dirt and road grime on the bed sides, hood and roof. I made an attempt to contact the business via email but got no response. Will not return.
