Maybe they changed management, I hope not cause I like the way the car wash has been run. I haven’t been back in 6 months so I hope the car wash is still great like it has been!
Pros – Very similar to Drew’s car wash, great service – like the vacuums and air guns.
Cons – Sometimes the wash misses critical spots, which was annoying, but usually that didn’t happen
8 months agoGot the first 3 months for only 10 dollars a month and it is a great wash. Three line always keeps moving making it very simple to add a quick way on my way into work each morning that my car needs it! The vacuums always seem to have great suction. They have multiple bottles of window cleaner and a few different air fresheners available to use as well as a great rug cleaning machine that literally beats all the loose dirt out of my floor mats and three compressed air hose is great to get the dirt out of impossible too reach places!!! Love it!4 months agoIt was really good. You are handed a damp microfiber towel at the entrance. Use it to wipe the inside of your vehicle whilst in the tunnel. Then deposit it in the trash can on exit. That was a super nice added touch. The free vaccuum system is superb. Very powerful system and the hoses are kept up off the ground. I will use this car wash again, probably today.a year agoThe employees seem to keep everything running smooth. I met the manager, Matt, who holds it all together. Matt was friendly and informative, and seems on top of his operation. My many experiences here prove it. This is a great place to keep all your rides as clean as you want. I know I can trust Rapid Express Car Wash. Get the unlimited wash membership, and you will not be disappointed 👍a year agoNice washing experience. I had tried doing car washes before but they never quite left the car clean to where all you had to do was dry it off instead you had to actually scrub grime off. But here at rapid all you have to do is spot dry it off. I enjoyed my experience here. They also have packages.

I go to Sammy car wash, they realize my knee problem after the car got wash they parked the car where the ramp is located where it would be easy for me to get to my car. I received a free car wash experience and took my very dirty vehicle through to see what would happen.
I didn’t prep my vehicle at all and it came out pristine! Very pleased with the wash. The vacuums suck hard, the air pressure gun is wonderful, and they had towels ready to go!

Been here 5 times every time I am impressed with the service, I always get a 24 dollar wash with hand wipe down, I had the same guy finishing the car 4 out of 5 times which is cool, the other time the guy did a great job too.
Of all the tunnel car washes I have used this one seems to do the best job of cleaning. I have a spoiler sticking out over the back of my suv and the rear glass usually doesn’t get cleaned to the top. At Drew’s they have personnel posted at the entrance to scrub on those bugs on the front bumper, grill, and windshield as well as the back glass. The prices are competitive and Drew’s supports local groups such as the BVRAC.
My car was exceptionally dirty. Sap had dripped all over it. The attendants sprayed and scrubbed the car before it went into the car wash. I still had to use so.e elbow grease after but minimally. They were kind, helpful, and had supplies needed. There was a vacuum hose not in service but it was not hooked up. It was laying on the ground. Much better than going to.use it and finding out it doesn’t work. Overall, I’d recommend.
Fyi: they have a touch less wash and a brush wash. Pay attention to which wash you are entering.
