   Nice and easy car wash option any time you just want to drive on through. Their unlimited washes plan is an excellent choice, especially because you can add multiple cars onto your plan for a small increase in the monthly price. Their row of vacuums is also super handy. Most have great suction. Occasionally you’ll get a weak one, so then just move to a different one. The wash does tend to leave a tiny bit of purple/pink/blue streaks from the soap (on the back of the car), but not super noticeable and comes off easily if you wipe it off. Customer service is 50/50, between helpful, upbeat and friendly, and looking exhausted and overheated and ready to go home. Even at their most “over it”, they still treat their customers professionally. In their defense, it probably IS exhausting to stand outside in the sun on these heatwave summer days. I’ve always had good or at minimum satisfactory, customer service at this location. Overall, well worth the price.

   I came into Quick Quack with a “brand new” certified-pre owned, 2014 Honda Civic SI, and was excited to get my car washed for the first time. It is my first car, and I paid for it on my own, and am so proud of it.

   Once I went through the car wash, I noticed my front right side-view mirror was dangling off it’s hinge, which was alarming for a number of reasons. This side-view mirror has a camera which allows the driver to see all that happens on the blind spot on the right-hand side, and it’s extremely expensive.

   There was CAMERA FOOTAGE THAT QUICK QUACK HAD showing my car entering the parking lot with a perfect side-view mirror, one that had no dangling or irregular movement, one that was operating sturdily and perfectly (as it had been since I bought it). The camera *also* showed that once I got out of the car wash, the side-view mirror was completely off its hinges. Once this happened, the teenagers working told me to fill out a form, and I’d receive a call from management.

   Management then asked me to bring the car back in, inspected it, and then said because there was a small scratch on the side-view mirror that had been destroyed (the scratch was barely visible, and likely caused by the car wash itself), they could not reimburse me a cent for the damage. and since I could not prove that the scratch hadn’t happened during the car wash, they COULD NOT HELP PAY FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO MY CAR. They also said my car was “too old” to help pay for car part replacements.

   I fail to understand why this business’ tagline is “save time, water and money” when this experience will cost me $5,000, and an incredible amount of frustration and pain.

   As a writer and a prominent member of the Orangevale/Fair Oaks community, I will be sharing my story with everyone in the greater Sacramento area, news outlets, the C-level suite at Quick Quack, and competitors, in the hope they can use the testimony to bolster their businesses, taking away from Quick Quack.

   I had the pleasure of visiting quick quack car wash last week, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly especially Gazelle and explained the various packages they offered. I opted for their premium service, which included a thorough exterior wash and waxing.

   The exterior wash was flawless; they removed all the dirt, grime, and even some stubborn stains I had on my car’s surface. The waxing left my car with a beautiful, glossy finish that made it look like it just rolled off the showroom floor.

   What truly stood out the most was clearly they took pride in their work and paid attention to even the smallest details.

   In terms of pricing, I found their rates to be competitive for the quality of service provided. Plus, the efficiency of their operation meant I didn’t have to wait long, which is a big plus for me.

   Overall, I left the car wash feeling like I had a new vehicle. The staff’s professionalism especially Gazelle and the exceptional quality of their work make this car wash company a top choice for anyone who wants their car to shine inside and out. I’ll definitely be returning for regular maintenance, and I highly recommend them to others looking for a top-notch car wash experience.

   The wash wasn’t good. The foam wasn’t even covering the windshield and when I asked them to check if the fluids where refilled; they were rude about it . I went here on Tuesday evening around 6pm. Would not recommend this location.
   Edit: 9/13/2023 (4 weeks to get a call back)
   So they ask you to email the queries but you have be on top of it sending follow ups for you to get a call from them and the owner gives reasons of how hard his job is to keep track of things. so I would certainly never be a part of this clumsy organization.

   They promised on refunds for the poor service and I still haven’t received it. I’d stay away from this branch. The one in gold river is much better! Or choose a different wash service closeby here. The owner literally told me, and i quote, ” ppl accept the low quality wash as they just want their car cleaned. ” I don’t think a responsible manager would say something like that.
