in the last weekBEWARE Use at your Own Risk. SHAME ON YOU. Your equipment damaged our car and you refused to make it right. Something went wrong after we entered the wash and They made US stop and reverse. When we tried to refuse we were told that we had to backup. Our car was covered in soap so we couldn’t see what was going on. We knew there was a problem when the attendant slammed his hand on our drivers window and yelled something. We didn’t hit anything and we have used this car wash since it was built with no issues. After the soap dripped off our windshield We saw the car in front of us stopped and the attendant was checking their car. The equipment damaged our wheel and dented our fender and door. We told the attendant that we were not comfortable with backing up and he could have cared less. We asked for a damage claim form and was told they are not liable for any damage. My daughter is elementary school teacher in a nearby district and trust me teachers are not rich. Now she has to come up with money right before Christmas. This neglect and lack of responsibility affects more than the car. Especially when you have to have your car repaired right before your children’s Christmas. I breezed right through!

9 months agoOMG this place is great. I have a sports car, so I like the fact that there is no tracks on the floor that would probably end up scratching my rims, so I liked that it didn’t have the tracks for your tires you just go in and stop while you get a carwash. The greatest part about this carwash is it has a little game after you pay and it’s like a slot machine haha and it has 3 little cars blue red and yellow, if you get the same color car 3 in a row you get a free carwash next time you go. I’ve won 3 times before but haven’t won in a while now haha. So once you go into the carwash like I said a lot of sport cars like coming here because it doesn’t have those big huge rags hitting your car it’s a machine that completely circles your car with soap and water without the machine touching it. I used to hate going to carwashes that has those big spinners because It would hit my car so hard almost knocking my side mirrors off and I had a couple little dents from them to from them smacking against the car. That’s why people come here to oc express car wash because it’s free from all of that and will leave your car or sports car looking nice and waxed and shiny. I had a great experience here thank you oc express.3 months agoThe machine asked me to “play to win a chance at a free car wash” after I purchased the *express car wash* so I said “why not?” and played (I was skeptical at first) and I WON THE $12 WASH and it’s good for up to a month! It’s a free spin on a slot game. It’s also worth mentioning the washes are $2 off if you come here in the mornings or at nights. I came at 10 PM so I got an $8 wash for $6. As with all express car washes, this one doesn’t dry your car all the way, a pet peeve of mine but what are ya gonna do? I guess it’s just something you can’t escape from express car wash places. This place also takes noticeably longer than other car washes but I like to think of that as it being a more thorough wash, which is nice.Edit: 2nd time washing and I noticed since it’s a touch free wash, it doesn’t clean your car as well as it should. My windshield was visibly not streak free from using my wipers with the most expensive wash here. The cheapest at a conventional wash cleaned it right off. So it went from a 5 to a 4 star review.

Driveways are very narrow and somewhat hard to navigate when it’s busy5 months agoThis is the spot…wash🫧 by hand✋..check it out!! One of the best 🥇 self car washes around in my personal opinion. Equipment is always in very good 👍 working condition and not worn out. The air hose is amazing for drying. The vacuum is insane,, really strong 🌪️…so put away any small items so they don’t get sucked up into the hose. All in all I’ve been here many times and at different hours of the day ..my cha cha is late night –you can spend the proper time on your car with less commotion. Nonetheless, I haven’t experienced much of a wait any other time I’ve stopped by.a month agoI believe they need two more washers machines and also it will be a good idea to have free vacuum let’s say three minutes if you get certain wash

They just jacked up the price from $6 to $8 for the basic express car wash. I’ve been coming here as a regular and this is very disappointing and I will probably either find somewhere else cheaper or just not come here as often as I used to..
I happened to drive by this car wash and decided to come in , wash and vacuumed my car. As I was vacuuming the car all of a sudden vacuum stopped, I looked everywhere and waved at the attendant but she seemed to be ignoring me, finally I yelled if the vacuum will Go on again all she said it’s closed and turned around. A heads up before she turned the vacuums off would it be appreciated, but I’m Guessing she was in a hurry to close because she had been chitchatting with a lady in a white car since I came in. Very poor customer service.
Best Car Wash Place. PERIOD.
They have options from $8 (express) to a $14 one, which includes a tire dressing thing, or if you want to pay $18 for unlimited washes, that’s also an option. The vacuum thingy has an angled tube at the end that does great in corners and tight spaces, unlike the big bulky one most places have. One hose on each side so you dont go through the trouble of putting the hose through your car in case you do a cleaning partner, unlimited too, and it’s got an air duster kind of funtion on the side of the vacuum hose for vents. Definitely a good place to go wash the grime off your car real quick. They open at 7am and close 8pm now and recently went under new management.
I actually like this car wash. Just don’t like that the starters, all of them, only spray the solution on half of the car. Never misses drivers side only. Very annoying. If this were to change I would have my rating to 5 stars.
