2 weeks agoDoesn’t clean the wheels and tires very well but other than that it’s pretty gooda week agoToday I visited per usual. Today a gentleman named Prince I think walked up and greeted me and asked about my service. I made a complaint that I hadn’t received a freshener he went and got me one and assisted me briefly with my car. I love this kind of customer service. He was so genuine and funny.a month agoRegular wash doesn’t get all gunk off the car. Windows looked dirty still. Vacuums have low suction but they work if you scrub a bunch. They do offer complimentary interior and glass cleaner which is nice. Gotta have ur own rags tho. Not my favorite. I only go here when I’m close by and don’t feel like driving somewhere else.a month agoThe service is Nothing like it once was. They no longer scrub the bugs off your car and if by some chance they do..why Would they only scrub off the driver’s side. Yes, I am aware of the products provided. The club doesn’t seem worthwhile when there’s issues with the machines. You then miss many days of service without any additional days added. I have made an attempt to cancel without any luck.in the last weekExcellent service today. David & Prince were so helpful. I have a new vehicle & was having trouble turning off the auto hood break & they knew exactly how to fix it.

3 months agoMy 2012 Ford Explorer got stuck in the drying process inside the car wash itself. While I was stuck the strong winds from the drier pried loose a piece of molding from my windshield and ripped it off. I then put my SUV in drive to exit the car wash because the automated track was not allowing me to exit the wash, so I had to drive out on my own. After retrieving the piece of molding from inside the car wash, I then approached an employee who directed me to the manager of the establishment, Mr. Alex Stringer. Mr. Stringer then began to ask me for information beyond the basic contact information to adequately make an attempt to repair my vehicle. After I refused to give him this information, he then went and locked himself in his office and basically told me to take a hike and to call cooperate. I then asked him for the number to corporate, to which he replied (from behind the locked door) to look it up online. I have since called corporate, gotten no response, while my car is still damaged and not repaired. I can only hope that this damage doesn’t happen to anyone else.3 weeks agoNice people. Easy in and out and the best water pressure and rollers around. I feel my vehicle is clean and not beat up. I also appreciate doing my own dry off. I’m mech better than most of the services at other stations.2 months agoExcellent experience. Got the unlimited car washes and have been 3 times so far. Had a few problems figuring out some of the settings on my car as it was new. They were so helpful and patient with me. Answered all my questions. The interior and exterior supplies ( towels and cleaning products were well supplied and easy to access. !3 months agoFirst time at this wash and from what I understand the new manager, James, has done a wonderful job fixing this place up! I had a great experience; the wash cleaned my car great & the site itself was clean as well! The manager is very kind & takes pride in this site. Highly recommend!3 months agoI stopped by this car wash to get a much needed wash today. The outside wash was alright. It did leave some marks on my vehicle that wiped right up with the drying towel they provide. The vacuums is what really let me down. They don’t have any crevice tool vacuums. They are all wide tool. It also doesn’t have the power it needs to get everything up. I hope they can update some things and make it a great place to go.

4 Stars! Love my car wash Use it several times aweek as I drive 500 miles a week. Great people, and so glad I have my membership. Now offer me a person to vacuum out my car like the old days and I give y’all 5 stars.
I have never gotten a decent car wash here. I have only maintained my membership because there was a convenient location (and because they make it painfully difficult to cancel memberships). The location that WAS convenient has been been closed for months. When I attempted to get a wash at another location this week I was informed that I had not renewed my membership, which is a lie because it is automatically billed to my credit card every month, including the months in which it has been closed. I was unable to obtain a wash at the location I went to this week, so a true satisfaction rating would be LESS THAN ZERO!
I regularly used this location when it was a GooGoo Car Wash, and was always pleased. Once it changed ownership and/or name, half the washing apparatus inside was removed! Then, in early July, the man standing at the pay-point convinced me to buy the 1-month unlimited package. It was a good deal, so of course I agreed. Within 1 week of buying this unlimited month, the place was closed down for renovations. I appreciate the need to improve your business, and look forward to trying the new and improved wash, but what a crook to be selling one month of service knowing you’re going to close within days!!
Great service . Ms T at the pay kiosk was very nice and helpful. She explained all the options available and was very knowledgeable about everything. && It didn’t take long at all. Quick and easy. Love using their services .
Good service friendly staff and always has spray cleaners and towels. I do wish they had a soft brush to pretreat grille and back bumper because the wash doesn’t quite get it. But overall worth the membership
