5 months agoWe used Express Wash. It was quick and that is the only compliment I have. The front of my Jeep didn’t even get wet let alone remove any dirt. Once we finished the wash we discovered there were no towels provided and the one vacuum that did work, seemed to have caught a severe case of asthma.4 months agoNeeded a wash before heading out of town, was easy in/out. Even with the rain today, (5/7/23) car came out looking good. Only downside was 2 pieces of expensive trim were removed by the high pressure, and somehow a bad scratch appeared on driver’s side passenger door. Rain was too heavy for travel, so came home.Didn’t notice missing trim nor scratch till Monday evening. Will be calling the manager to ask if the missing trim was found.
UPDATE: Called, no human contact, message said leave voicemail and number. So I did. No reply so far.
2 weeks agoThe employees are very lazy & slow, after exiting the automated car wash employees let your vehicle stay in the sun until it drys instead of driving the vehicle under the covered area to detail it. When you pay big bucks to get your vehicle detailed you want it done professional. Oh not to mention I had to tell them to lift my hatch on my SUV to vacuum the trunk otherwise it wouldn’t have been vacuumed, this was after he had given me my keys.2 months agoDrove thru carwash and soap was still on my car. The money machine wouldn’t take all of my money. Had to wait about 10 min and manager never came. Another employee finally helped to complete my transaction. I used to be a member.2 months agoAwesome! They cleaned my vehicle so nice!! I totally recommend this place. We took my son’s vehicle which was totally covered in sand inside and out. They totally cleaned his car. Looks brand new. Awesome job!!!

They were very focused and detailed my truck very well..New management hard at work getting it right.. inform him that you need a good clean..you pay for what you get..7 months agoDid a pretty good job on the ST. It was filthy from back to back road trips. Could have got in the crevices a bit better and needed to wipe up some leftover finger prints after. I am picky about my car and usually do it myself so I tend to nit pick about things. They actually got the glass behind the rear view mirror! (95% of places don’t). *Edit*. They didn’t get the exhaust tips very well…but again, nit pickinga year agoI paid for the home run wash which was $40. A guy name Lee service my vehicle and didn’t clean the interior correctly. I drove off with my car looking like this (photos attached) because I had another appointment to go too. I immediately call Travis the manager and he told me to come back so Lee can clean it correctly. Lee refused to clean my car correctly (walked off angry) so another guy by the name of Christopher cleaned my vehicle and left it spotless. No complaints!!! Thank God for people like him who knows how to do the job correctly. Lee kept mean mugging me and circling behind me which made me feel very uncomfortable. Lee if you are unhappy with your job, you shouldn’t be working there. I wouldn’t recommend Lee to work on anybody vehicle. It would be a waste of time. His attitude ain’t nothing nice. I hope he treat other customers right. All I can do is hope😔3 weeks agoThey usually do a good job but lately have been slacking! My back seats are still not clean even tho I paid for the full inside and out detail I just to clean the back seats myself. Very unprofessional of y’all!6 years agoPaid for the full service wash and hand wax ($70). They got my truck in right away and were quick with it, maybe too quick! All the chrome pieces on my truck were still dirty, including the wheels. There were still bug remenants on the grill. There were wax streaks all over the truck. Friendly service but I think that the detailers are not properly trained.

This location is the most convenient option in Beaumont. It’s not perfect but I see improvements being made. The biggest one being that there is a separate line for members which makes this a lot faster.
I’ve had issues here and there since they opened but hopefully they are done switching owners/companies.
The vacuums are super duper strong, don’t get anything near it that you don’t want sucked up.
The towels are nice just make sure you pick a super clean one. Guessing some have black from rims being cleaned.
I’ve been coming to this location for some time. I do appreciate the detailing sprays and towels!! Nice touch. Getting use to new company, but doing good so far!! I keep coming back!! 😉👍🏽❣️
The best car wash in town. At first I thought $10 for a basic wash was too much … But this place has everything! The vacuums are great! Very strong suction and they have the thin nozzle for hard to reach places and also the wide nozzle for large areas. They also have the pressured air to dust off the dashboard and dry off any water. They even have towels and complementary window cleaner and cleaner that is safe for my leather seats.
Staff is always super helpful and friendly. I love that I don’t have to physically wash my car but can put just the right amount of effort in cleaning the inside and the windows. My car always feels better when I leave.
I always talk myself into going to a carwash instead of doing it myself and always end up disappointed. This WAS NOT the outcome this time! The wash did awesome especially after my lovely children decided to Picasso the side of my car in the dirt! And the vacuums could’ve sucked the soul right out of you! Lol but seriously they did great!
