   David S. Tried to bribe me with a 5 star review for a black ice air freshener. The scent I hate the most. At the end when the blower comes on to dry your car off it’s almost as if those blowers totally missed my suv. My SUV was completely drenched still. Then it also seems as if the tire shine station didnt work. My tires weren’t shiny. They were just wet. Worst location I’ve been to service wise. Customer service was the 2nd best though. Edit: After viewing my car in the sun the clear coat finish on the hood has spider webbed. It looks terrible. It is scratched all to hell!!! I will not be visiting this place again. I will be in contact with my insurance and this place to see what can be done to fix it. Starting to think maybe quick car washes are not the solution.

   Shut down Quick Quack Carwash or Be aware of the Quick Quack Carwash operations scheme! They train employees to offer multiple car wash packages, but refuse to post signs or have employees inform customers of tape being placed on back windshield wiper. My first time using the car wash and I was not made aware that blue painters tape was placed on my back windshield wiper. As I drove off heading to a funeral my back wiper was destroyed. Management informed me that I have an old vehicle and they are not responsible for any damages. Of course I can repair damages, but it’s the whole point! Signs should be visible and workers should inform customers of such alterations.

   Quick and Easy. They use the license plate to recognize your vehicle, you wash your car, and can go or pull around to self-vacc your car out.

   Also, to anyone who has never ever used a car wash like this . . .

   (A) if you are in a truck it is common practice to clean out any debree from your truck bed as it will fly out and can hit vehicles behind you. The staff tries their best to catch this, and may ask you to pull to the side and clean out your truck bed. So just for your and other’s time, please be courteous, and previously, remove any debree that may mess up others people’s vehicles or gunk up the car wash itself.

   (B) the tape at the back of your car on a rear windshield wiper is standard practice for a drive thru car wash that you get any human assistance with.

   I’m baffled at people in these reviews confused about this practice. 🫠

   My only guess is they have never used one of these… and/or they are not observant, of (1) the tape being put on other people’s rear wipers infront of their car, in clear view… and (2) they never wipe down their vehicles after they run it thru the car wash and/or never ever walk behind their own parked cars… anywhere?
   It’s really hard not to notice this. Like you really reaaaaallly gotta be very oblivious to the bright blue tape. I believe it’s just painters tape, but I could be wrong. It peels away very easily and is only designed to protect your car’s rear wiper while it goes through the car wash. So… 😗 ya…

   We come here frequently throughout the week, as we both drive to Houston and thru dusty rural local areas.

   So, our car needs constant washes… and we have never seen any nicks or scratches on our car.

   Especially on hub caps?? not sure what that is all about either, because I see high profile trucks, sports vehicles, and everything in-between coming in and out of that carwash and no ones cars look like those pictures in this review. Just saying . . . 🥴

   In fact, our car looks better than it ever did with that high grade wash. I forget what it’s called. It’s the one that displays a duck with shades on your car when you drive thru the carwash.
   We, no joke, get compliments on our car.

   So…again… 🧐 not sure what those other reviews are on about.

   🤩 I just know what I can tell people from my own experiences. 💫

   So, after several months of carwashes, 5 stars still stands. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It takes a lot to impress me to give any place a 5 star review. I like honest reviewers, and I like to leave my own realistic reviews. I don’t gain anything from these people who work there, nor am I affiliated with the facility. I just call it as I see it.

   If something were to change drastically, ¡¡Be Assured!! I’d be sure to update my review accordingly. 👈 🤩

   I will only use this car wash for the rest of my life. I do not live in the area, I was just passing through on my way to the airport. I stopped to wash and mainly vacuum pet hair. The facility is very clean and professional. They provide towels for drying, compressed air for blowing out dashboard cracks and the vacuum system is the most powerful I have ever used in my entire adult life.

   23.00 after tax for a wash that didn’t get my truck clean is ridiculous. Only good thing I have to say is the staff is friendly and professional. I already am not a fan of tunnel-hall washes but this thing swns you through so fast with minimal to no water pressure, and then follows with water spots.
