3 weeks agoUnfortunately, my negative experience is not directly related to this location, but as this is my “Account Set-Up” location, this is where I will leave my review. Zips business office in Little Rock has horrible customer service. The people I have communicated with have zero initiative to solve problems. They are quick to transfer responsibility to another associate or place blame on the wash location. I have been a member of Zips for a number of years. But many of my frustrations have come when I try to change account information (vehicle or credit card info). The internet connection at the wash location is sub-par. It may take over a half hour to change minor details related to my account. And the business office cannot update some of that info. However, the wash location cannot offer promotions or refunds. They must come from the business office. Due to this very frustrating back and forth, I have decided to take my vehicles to a better car wash.3 weeks agoIt’s time to upgrade guys. I know you guys have been around for a while but at every location I visit there is always one or two functions not working. With all the new wash options coming to town with equipment that work I don’t know how much longer I will keep my membership with Zips.3 months agoWe stopped in To get our car washed and when we came out the other end, it has several scratches about the same high all Down the driver’s side. We brought it to the manager’s attention. They Did A incendent report And told us to file it with our insurance it wasn’t their problem. I will never use them again. I’m attaching pictures of our car.4 weeks agoI do t know why they quit the pre rinse with the wand. When they did use it they only did one side of the car and never cleaned the back window under the lip well, just a quick splash. Also my membership went up $5 with nothing better. Sometimes I don’t feel like I get the car wash I pay for.3 weeks agoWorst car wash in Springdale. Poor management. I went through once and they were out of soap. They do t turn on lights at night to discourage customers. Poor bug removal. At times I have to run through twice.

in the last weekZips Care Wash used to be the place to go. They had good service, gave you a wipe for inside of your car and did a people used to give you a nice prewash before you went in. If you’re like me and always in the go… I’m able to wash my car maybe once a week. That prewash really helped get the hard bug guts off! Now they don’t do anything. They barely lead you in so that your wheels are lined up to go in. I’m so disappointed I’m going somewhere else. Get with your game Zips or others are going with me.2 months agoI was surprised when I pulled into the car wash, the guy did not go around with hose and spray extra on the dirty parts. I was with my son last week when he went into his car wash and they went completely around his truck with the sprayer. Also, it was like the guy could hardly wait to get back into the office. He did not smile and I thought he is not going to have a good day with that kind of attitude. My car came out ok, but not the best.5 months agoCar wash is okay. Vacuums are terrible – Last 5 times Ive been here I try to vacuum and just end up leaving as I can’t check every single vacuum to figure out what might be working or not. I understand that the vacuums are free but id honestly pay more if they could just work occasionally4 months agoI like driving in for a quick wash.I have their monthly membership for unlimited washes.
I’m a little disappointed in one of the cleaner parts about halfway through the wash on the right side barely spins. I wouldn’t imagine it would do a thorough job.
I also don’t understand why you have someone spray the left side of the vehicle but never the right.
3 weeks agoYour location on south Thomison in Springdale is sad. One of the rotating heads when you start is completely missing. Another as you move through doesn’t even turn. Shine component doesn’t even work. I have eight memberships. Will probably cancel all of them if the service doesn’t improve.
