2 weeks agoAfter contacting 2 gentlemen (including the manager at the car wash) they took the complaint to his manager at the corporate office contacting me very rudely saying i needed to get my car detailed and there is no way their car wash did this damage to my hood and when i tried to email him back telling him he needs to investigate a little further and he stated that it seems as if we are not coming into a agreement about this complaint and he is not going to respond to my emails any further. I’ve been with them for 3+ years and i enjoyed their service and this is unprofessional and i will no longer be paying for their service NEVER come back ever again. Be careful people who you pay to clean your cars!7 months agoThese pictures were taken after I got “best” car wash they offer. Definitely not worth your time or money is this is the best they offer. That was a waste of $25..a year agoWas the closest wash to my hotel while visiting for the Car Wash Show. The tenant didn’t bother explaining what came with each wash, which was fine as I was getting the top tier wash anyways. Then the second tenant that guides you in didn’t bother to guide at all other than pull forward. Ended up hitting the inside rail of the conveyor. I put my car in neutral expecting them to spray for bugs or prep the car in some way, but they just sent me on through. When I got through the wash, I pulled around to the vacuum area. Vacuums were very nice, clean area, and was actually quite impressive. They had window wipes, but I didn’t bother using them as there was a warning to use them at your own risk. Looked at the front of my vehicle and there were still bug guts all over. Was extremely disappointed after paying $23 to still have bug guts all over the front of my vehicle. I didn’t even know about the clean car guaranteed until I looked at the reviews right before doing this one. The tire shine application was perhaps the best I’ve seen from an automatic wash. If you have bugs, I wouldn’t recommend. Otherwise it’s a great wash, but you have to get the bugs off especially being in the South.a month agoThe guy at the entrance told me how to get this wash for free and I’m so grateful since I have been out of work recently and only begun my job last week. What a great representative for this car wash and love that there are towels to use by the vacuums! I’ll be back!2 months agoThis is the greatest place. I absolutely love it. And the people that work there are also the greatest especially a young lady that works at the one on Clarksville pike, I’ve never been there and she wasn’t smiling and joking around with somebody. She cheers me up no matter how I’m feeling when I go. If you don’t have a membership, what are you really doing with your life 💯❤️

a month agoThis is literally the best car wash ever. The price for a full wash & interior clean are super reasonable for how much value you get. I didn’t go for the full detail, but they were still very thorough with wiping down/vacuuming the interiors, and totally went beyond my expectations.There’s also a really cute shop that you can wait in, and the man who was working at the register was super friendly to everybody.
Planning to come back any time I need a car wash, I’m so happy I found this spot!
2 weeks agoConnie is amazing and worked her magic on a gasoline spill spot in my trunk. She is very hard working and impressive. I’d recommend her wholeheartily and I’ll be back to request her by name! Attaching before and after photos4 months agoI got the Karl’s wunder wash, this wash had a list of add ONS as it is the expensive one. It is not worth the money cleaning was done in a hurry, interiors was not even dusted properly, tires were not cleaned, It still had stains on the exterior. I have had better washed for 40$ than here. Not worth the money.2 months agoI’ve gotten my car washed, detailed and “spot cleaned” ( had a scratch buffed out.) here. Every time I have been pleased with the service. If you get your car detailed, ask for Richard! He is such a kind man, honest man, and does a great job! I loved his detail job last summer and the recent job he did buffing out the scratches on my car.In the summer months, be sure to book your detail at least a month in advance of when you want your car done.
Overall, it’s a great place!
2 weeks agoI want to love this place but when checking out, there wasn’t anybody at the counter to pay. When someone appeared I greeted them and they blatantly ignored me and didn’t say a word or give eye contact. Was planning on buying a couple items in store and didn’t due to the interaction.Did a decent job on the interior but could have done better on exterior.
