2 months agoI go here all the time! The lady who is named Joy is very professional very nice and keeps up with the property. This is my favorite car wash of all of the zip car washes. She always has a big smile on her face and very helpful. And very pleasant very satisfied give this lady a raise!a month agoWas going to pay the max amount for 1 wash and Ms. Joy talked me into the monthly since it’s cheaper AND I can take my car in (2) twice a day if need be. The first wash was ok but my car was really dirty, I’m going back tomorrow for another cycle. Thanks Joy!3 months agoGreat service, amazing staff. She explained every detail of how the wash & saving’s work. The drying towels & spray bottles were fully stocked, the vacuums were strong enough to pull a semi truck, & the entire premises was clean & manicured. I definitely made the right choice.

Pricing is fair, they are incredibly efficient getting everyone through the wash, and their additional perks (rubber/plastic mat washing area, high power vacuums, restrooms) are well-maintained. I also really appreciate the humorous informational signs while waiting to go into the car wash! Overall a welcoming place to go maintain the cleanliness of your vehicle. I highly recommend them to everyone I know!a month agoThe attendants were polite and helpful. I have been to a few car washes in Kentucky and left with my car still dirty in some spots even after getting the most expensive package. My car is spotless and shiny, even the tires. They give you what they advertise here. I will actually be a repeat customer and I would recommend this place to anyone. When you get done you have access to sweep your car at no extra charge. They are constantly running and get the job done. There is a hose on each side of your parking spot for easy access with trash cans on each side. Now I feel like going to the car wash is worth the money!a year agoDecent car wash that dries the car fairly well. Free vacuuming however I found that the only nozzle they had was one that was fairly wide so if you’re looking to get into the little nooks and crannies between the seats in the console or a little tight areas this won’t work well for you. Suction is excellent however. Some of the other car washes in town do you have different size vacuum nozzles. I also found that when I was trying to vacuum my trunk area the hose for the vacuum barely reached to the back of the car so I ended up going through the front of the car on the SUV to the rear to get to some of the spots.Service was decent. Before the car wash they used a pressure washer to spray some of the front of the car and the sides but didn’t spend much time doing that and then the car went promptly through the wash so I don’t think it really helped all that much.
5 months agoI used to love this car wash, and even had a monthly membership! I had to cancel it though because the workers there would guide me on wrong and carelessly so i eventually had to get a realignment for my car. I used to love the old workers but the new ones don’t even look when guiding you on, don’t seem to try to spray the dirt off and put you to close to the other vehicles. I really enjoyed this car wash and i hope to return one day!2 months agoI’ve had a monthly membership with Thomas’s carwash for a while now. The wash does a great job on keeping my car spotless. The vacuums are free to use, with the wash, which is nice. Staff seems very nice & helpful. Definitely recommend Thomas’s to anyone who wants a pretty ride.
