I paid for the mini detail which was like $170. Everything was shiny and vacuumed good but to me it wasn’t worth it.7 months agoScratched my 700 mile new car! I will avoid at all costs!I went here to a hand wash to not get my car scratched from an automatic wash. Got the $40 platinum was with armor all. As you can see from the pictures, that didn’t happen. The manager, after I came back from getting home, said fine and buffed out most of it. He tried to say it was someone’s nails that caused this on a 700 mile car. The trunk is automatic! You push one button to open and one to close! You don’t even have to touch it (read also: touchless car wash in Philadelphia PA). He said yea it was still someone’s nails……what a joke.
I’ve noticed there are other swirls on my car that I believe are from the wash. So much for my brand new car with 700 miles on it needing paint correction already!
2 weeks agoI would give a 5 star but, I’m trying to figure out what happened? I was the first in line to get an oil change yet I see 2 cars ahead of mine through the glass. I needed to be in and out. This is the first time this has happened to me here.a month agoI shouldn’t have to Pay $43.44 for a hand was and they don’t clean the bugs off of the bumper and side view mirrors. I had to ask them 3 times to clean it again until someone finally came over with a spray and wiped them right off. I remember when this place opened, how great it was. Not any more. I paid for them to clean it because I didn’t want to but I get a better clean at the drive thru wash

2 weeks agoThis place went downhill. My car used to look great when it came out, but now the wash misses so much no matter what wash you buy. Look at this tire shine application that was done. This is garbage.5 months agoMy car got covered by tree sap as spring has sprung and pollen is in the air. This is a stand alone spot with no gas, but that’s not why I visited. Lots of options and I went with the $10 option with no add ons. I’d consider being a member! There’s two lanes to check in, so don’t feel like you have to stand behind someone. One lane had an attendant that sounded super friendly and helpful but I used the other lane. Thank you for having ApplePay. Another attendant helped me align in the track and I had a clean car in no time. Seriously someone needs to add more of these throughout the city. Perfect franchise opportunity in Philly.2 weeks agoThis car wash damaged my brand new Wagoneer and then told me it was my fault. No accountability whatsoever here so I will never be backa year agoI used to use this car wash all the time I loved it I must say it was definitely a go to place. Car always came out shining and just the way I loved seeing my car. Recently I had went and decided to get the higher priced car wash so my car will shine more. After looking at my car I saw these white screech marks at the bottom of the car that wasn’t there before. This is a brand new car when I also showed it to someone that work there I was advised to buy another wash to let the water hit it again and see if the white marks will go away. Well for one why would I have to pay again to see if something would come off my car that prior going through the wash wasn’t there and the wash put it there. Anyway I had the marks taken off and from what I was told it was left by soap and shine hitting the car. I do love this car wash so I went through again a few days later and got the same wash and the same spots left there just in different spots why is this happening and why am I being told to have my car washed again by employees there when I clearly showed them what was happening. I just think it is kind of disrespectful to just say ok we’ll just go through again and let the water hit it. I’m not asking to comp me another top end car wash like I paid for but the most he could have done was comp me I think it is $7 car wash to see it that would was it off. Again, everyone this is a great place check it out for yourself everyone is different and every car is different but for a self serves car wash this is the best place to go some people say south Philly but I think it’s the best place in Philadelphia in general. Yesterday (4/15/2023) I purchased the $20 wash which included: Exterior wash, Wheel cleaner, Power dry, Two-step tire wheel cleaning, Hot wax, Lava bath, Buff & shine and more….All that being said, my car did not get a thorough cleaning from the lovely automated machine. Tires still dirty, no shine, dirt on the back window under the wing. And my windows on the drivers side we’re still dirty. This just goes to show that humans labor cannot always be replaced by robots & other technology. I’d ike to know how this can be rectified? Pls & thx.
The upside was that the young fellas swiping the payments were very pleasant.
I honestly keep coming back due to the level of customer service that I receive from Dave each visit and his energy and just genuinely friendly service has been keeping me coming back since Nulook. I recommend this place to all my close friends and family and any patients I have in the area!
I used to like it here. I even have a membership. Lately the vacuums have been extremely weak. And for some reason, every time I have gotten my car washed there’s dark spots left on my car. Not to mention the machine leaves scratches on your car. Moving forward, I’ll be going to hand wash car washes. Sadly, it’s time to cancel my membership.
So this is an amendment to my previous review………… Initially things started out well, but after the first two months things started gradually going downhill. First the lift gates. Where you enter the car wash haven’t been working very well. They’ve had issues for a well over two months. Today I went in they had one line open. Extremely busy day. People were fuming. I stopped using the vacuums because my hand held vacuum Does a better job. And now the car wash for some reason on the inside doesn’t clean my car as well as it used to in the wheels never come out clean and the tires never shine anymore. Not sure what’s going on, I ended my membership for one month because I have a free month from my old car wash. I will return and hope that things may be straightened out. If not, I’ll look elsewhere.

The vacuums need work, although they are new they do not have very good suction. The car wash that I came from had the absolute best vacuums, but so far I like what I see at this car wash is brand new. I believe they open back in March and I was looking for an answer for the car wash that I had left. Their introductory offer of 1099 for the first month for their ultimate wash was a great lead in it after that $29.99 there after totaling about $35 with tax so far I like what I see like any new business they have quirks to work out I did notice that there is a log jam to the entrance of the car wash when they’re busy there were some cones unnecessarily placed on the right side which caused a little bit of havoc and I am afraid that there will be an accident from somebody coming from the boulevard and somebody coming from the side street hopefully not. With brand new top-notch equipment in place. My first wash was awesome from the friendly staff to the lead into the car wash, fantastic lighting, and without a doubt the best in the industry as far as I know for dryers and also buffing wheel at the end when I pull out, my car is almost 100% dry with the exception of. Cracks and crevices. I think, as long as they keep up with the chemicals always in place in the maintenance of the equipment this business should do very well, and I will be a long time customer hoping that they will open a location closer to my home. Four stars for now. I am not sure if they have walkie-talkies for the employees but during their busiest times, I think they need to have somebody at the entrance managing the vehicles that come in.

I was a customer for 14 years at a car wash on Aramingo and Castor Avenue The Xpress wash club I use the ever wash platform I give kudos to the owner who put lots of money into the car wash. That being said, I did have some issues with the car not being clean when I came out. I did tell them about it also their pricing increased too many times over the past year and a half two times without notice which I did not like.
Wow! Impeccable work done here. They were efficient and meticulous on the detail. My car was in such bad shape with yogurt stains and sand but this car wash with express detail impressed me. I was same day service and took less than hour. I came across them because I seen how busy they were and I wanted a car wash exterior but then seen they offered express detail and took advantage. There is chairs for you to sit and wait and the staff is super friendly. I recommend this place to everyone. I am a loyal customer now because this is my new car wash and detail.
