My car got covered by tree sap as spring has sprung and pollen is in the air. This is a stand alone spot with no gas, but that’s not why I visited. Lots of options and I went with the $10 option with no add ons. I’d consider being a member! There’s two lanes to check in, so don’t feel like you have to stand behind someone. One lane had an attendant that sounded super friendly and helpful but I used the other lane. Thank you for having ApplePay. Another attendant helped me align in the track and I had a clean car in no time. Seriously someone needs to add more of these throughout the city. Perfect franchise opportunity in Philly.

This place went downhill. My car used to look great when it came out, but now the wash misses so much no matter what wash you buy. Look at this tire shine application that was done. This is garbage.

This car wash damaged my brand new Wagoneer and then told me it was my fault. No accountability whatsoever here so I will never be back

I used to use this car wash all the time I loved it I must say it was definitely a go to place. Car always came out shining and just the way I loved seeing my car. Recently I had went and decided to get the higher priced car wash so my car will shine more. After looking at my car I saw these white screech marks at the bottom of the car that wasn’t there before. This is a brand new car when I also showed it to someone that work there I was advised to buy another wash to let the water hit it again and see if the white marks will go away. Well for one why would I have to pay again to see if something would come off my car that prior going through the wash wasn’t there and the wash put it there. Anyway I had the marks taken off and from what I was told it was left by soap and shine hitting the car. I do love this car wash so I went through again a few days later and got the same wash and the same spots left there just in different spots why is this happening and why am I being told to have my car washed again by employees there when I clearly showed them what was happening. I just think it is kind of disrespectful to just say ok we’ll just go through again and let the water hit it. I’m not asking to comp me another top end car wash like I paid for but the most he could have done was comp me I think it is $7 car wash to see it that would was it off. Again, everyone this is a great place check it out for yourself everyone is different and every car is different but for a self serves car wash this is the best place to go some people say south Philly but I think it’s the best place in Philadelphia in general. Thank you and everyone good luck and check this place out they are very fair and for the most part everyone that works there is awesome.

I was blown away by this place.

Yes, it is car wash. But it is the biggest, cleanest, most efficient business operation I have ever seen.

MASSIVE. Imagine the inside of a Costco – dedicated to car washing and vacuuming.

It is LOUD, but that is hardly shocking with at least 60 vacuum stations.

They even have a little Zamboni to pick up water that might be pooling.

    This was fun.

    You should go.

While passing through the wash tunnel, I heard an unusual sound. By the time I parked in the vacuum section, it became clear that my tire was entirely flat. A detailed check revealed a broken valve stem – an issue that occurred within their tunnel. This mishap wasn’t just inconvenient; it was also expensive as I had to replace damaged tire sensors.

In discussions with their management, rather than addressing the problem, they claimed my car’s valve stem wasn’t of the correct size. For clarity, my vehicle’s valve stem is standard and has posed no issues at other service locations.

It’s disheartening when businesses don’t take responsibility for mishaps on their premises. I’d advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering this facility. Your concerns might be dismissed, leaving you to bear unforeseen costs.

I lost my side skirt in the car wash I know 100% it was in there. And they must’ve hid it they claim it wasn’t in there after telling me I had to wait til 7pm for them to get it. I ask to see what they will do and manager Luis says nothing. They didn’t even offer a car wash nothing basically a slap in the face. Then he lies and says he’s not responsible he has signs. I asked him to show me and we took a little walk around for nothing. Because there were no signs. So I’m contacting higher ups along with my lawyer.

Great car wash love how smoothly it operates. Very clean nice and bright. I like the fact that they have rags to dry and wipe your vehicle down. Free Vacuum. They don’t rush you to dry and vacuum your vehicle. If its super busy you should be Mindful of other people are waiting to dry and vacuum there vehicle as well.

I have been a monthly member for a few months now, and I find the cost of the monthly membership is well worth going a few miles out of my way, and it is a great experience. The Auto Wash does a really good job, and having fresh towels to wipe down your car, air for your tires, and tons of vacuums are all pluses.

I only have two suggestions for the owners; have the attendant check and ask if you want your magnets removed and drop the word Valet.

The word “valet” is deceiving. It implies someone is going to take your car and provide a service for you. Some people may not want someone else to be in their vehicle or they do not care to get out of their vehicle, so they do not come to your location. I think you may be losing customers who think this is how your business operates.

  1. Good facility. It’s kept clean and the trash and vacuums are emptied regularly. They offer a drive through car wash and individual bays for coin /bill vended car washing. Each bay is equipped with a foaming brush and a multi function (i.e tire/wheel cleaner, high pressure soap, rinse, wax etc, etc…) high pressure gun. They keep the soap and wax supply full. They also offer bill and coin changers and the self wash is available 24/7. They also have vending machines for drying towels, armor all etc. so as far as the car washes around here it’s one of the better ones.

  2. I would recommend just get their basic wash. It’s an affordable price and convenient which is what I need. I added wash rims by hand. They power washed them and used a big long brissle brush my rims were still dirty afterwards.

  3. I had a very bad experience in that car wah; usually I always do the outside and for the first time o decide to do both that cost me almost $35 OMG that was the wrong decision I made ; they was 3 guys to take care of the inside they just vacuum for about 3 min put oil and whipped up inside ; all the paper that fell in between seat was all still there the seat was still have the remaining milk stains of my daughter…. Everything dirt that was inside before their “supposed wash “ was still there and intact; I ended up taking their products and scrubbed my car myself; I will not recommend that place to anyone for the “detail” ; this is just one part of pictures i took after their “details” wash

  4. The vacuum machine stole my money TWICE AND THE NUMBER THEY HAVE IN HERE FAKE ITS. FAX HOW CONVENIENT NEVER AGAIN ! Stealing money don’t go here ! It steals your money and you have to take hit cause the number to call is a FAX

  5. Would not recommend this car wash. I paid $11 for a full wash and to wax the wheels they missed several spots after having so much dirt caked on. Additionally, they wiped the car with several streaks and smudges left behind. Again stay away from this place.
