2 months agoGreat car wash, you can clean the interior and vacuum. They provide towels and spray for your windows as well, you can clean your car mats too. Vacuums are always working with great suction power. I go 1x a week.4 months agoThe blow dryers at the car wash at the secor road location have been seriously lacking for months now. We mentioned this to the attendant and were told they would work better when the weather gets warmer, but they are not. We always have to pull over and dry our car by hand. I am paying for a monthly membership, but feel we are not getting the service as advertised. I wish they would address this issue. The dryers used to work. Worth the drive2 years agoI visited on Sunday, and now my car is scratched!! I originally got the subscription here, to see if it’ll help get the funk off the front of my car, didn’t help. Still dirty,. Then noticed a nice scratch on the truck. Called and visited to file a complaint, and he seemed like I was bothering him. Said those can’t come here. He never wrote anything down, didn’t take pictures or even asked my name. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION.

5 months agoAll I wanted was a clean car!! Not only Did I not get that the car wash got stopped twice I was made to pull up and still was not Moving so I was almost rear ended by the car behind me and they did not stop the wash again was going to just let them hit me so I had to take my car out of neutral yet again, and pull forward, but still ended up with a flat rear tire and they refused to take accountability and cover that tire. Definitely not recommended!!!!3 weeks agoI believe this used to be $5 for a basic wash, and it was cool for a quick spray down. I think I paid $7 when I went today, and it is still just O.K. The free vacuums are worth it just because they have a crevice tool. When I want a good cleaning I will go to Expresso. Their basic wash is better, and if you have a coupon, you get get a basic wash for like $6.a month agoMy car is still dirty will not go back, but the vacums are greata year agoWhere can you go and get an excellent, and I mean excellent, car wash! And if they don’t get it off they’ll come out and personally clean it off by hand. If you sign up for unlimited two washes pays for the entire month. And free vacuums too?! The lines have been kinda bad lately trying to quickly get in and out, I know it is summer time, but one lane has been closed down and not clearly marked all the way. I also feel like the air dryers after going through the wash could do better…I always get a lot of water spots after I go through because my car isn’t even close to being dry. Minor complaints, but altogether love the service and free vacuums

I like this car wash. Very entertaining for a car wash. One day there’s a pirate outside, next time there is a guy playing a guitar outside The actual car wash is good and the extra cleaning supplies are great for the monthly members. The staff is always polite and courteous. I recommend for sureit
This place is legit 👌 being an unlimited member you have access to extra detailing supplies. Clean rags, multiple chemicals in spray bottles and compressed air along side the vacuum. I like that they have a wash station for mats and the carpet beater is a time saver. Coming here keeps me focused on cleaning. I don’t have to wash my own rags, staff is always friendly, and the car is clean. Thank you. Shout out to Dallas. She helped me out in a tough situation and kept us a loyal customer.

Customer service: chola was fantastic. The wash was terrible. Went through twice and still left with a dirty truck. Bottom of fenders were dirty still, rocker panels were still dirty, side vents were still dirty… after two washes… definitely not worth paying the premium price…
Chola did an awesome job! She was so kind and helpful! We have never been before and when we pulled up she made us feel welcome! We will be back!
