2 months agoWould appreciate if the girl with blue hair manning the door wasn’t so rude. I stopped at this location to ask if it was touch free or not and she treated me as if I was stupid so I did not spend my money there and went to Ultimate Car Wash instead. It’s a shame people can’t just be kind people anymore. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. I had the car wash club membership for many years but in the end its just not worth the money to keep it. I’m still a loyal customer & I will continue to use their services!4 months agoThe power of the vacuums do not do a good job. And the air blower in car wash did not dry car at all left spots all over.

a year agoI went through their carwash and I know I got the basic but I would expect them to not scratch up the car and they were resistant to help with the manager claiming that the carwash couldn’t have done that even though there is very clear evidence of damage that could only be done by a car wash, and to add insult to injury the wash didn’t really clean the vehicle all that well with bugs still covering the grill2 years agoJust bought the most expensive Interior/Exterior “Platinum” plus power wash car mats for $40. That’s 5 of their employees pay for an hour. They spent 3 minutes on my car with pathetic results and no follow up from management who was unavailable. See the pics and receipt attached. Gotta love a clean car!8 months agoThis is a good place to get your car washed. They are efficient and their vacuums work. I am glad to have a membership with these folks.a year agoFirst you got rid of the interior cleaning option at nearly every branch and then today when I stopped at this location there’s NO DRYER. The water just drips off. Yuk! There’s also no stoplight or no person to let you know to exit. This was such a GREAT franchise when you first opened. I jumped right on the monthly interior wash membership and told all my friends what a great service you provided. No more! Now, it’s degraded into a minimal service at best.
