in the last week0 out of 10 would not recommend. A friend recommended this car wash to me and it was the worst mistake I could have made for my car. I went through their car wash and when I came out there was a large circle of scratches on my trunk. I asked one of the attendants to come take a look and he took my info and said that I would hear from someone in 24 hours. I gave them 3 days and I still didn’t hear anything, so I went back to the car wash to see what was going on. They filed a claim and determined that they were not at fault. My car is still fairly new, and I know it didn’t have any scratches before I got there so, if you do go to this car wash, I urge you to take a picture of your car on their property BEFORE you enter their wash because they are a dishonest business and will not operate in good faith. They will not properly investigate your issue, nor will they take responsibility for their faulty machine. They told me that no one else reported an issue; therefore, there was no way their machine caused the issue. If you read some of the other reviews, you will see complaints about scratches and so it’s very clear that they are operating in bad faith and not taking ownership when they have caused issues. I personally will not EVER take my car there again, but good luck to those that do!a month agoI had to rewash my truck several times because I was not getting the correct wash that I paid for. The soap at the beginning ( and through most of the wash) was very watered down. The evening manager had no idea how to reset the wash Que so this means that for this entire afternoon most customers are getting the incorrect wash that they paid for. Management needs to do a better job in properly training the assistants and doing proper maintenance on the equipment. Instead of trying to resolve the issue she preferred to give me a refund. Then when I pull over to the vacuums I see this oily film on my windows from either their equipment having a hydraulic leak or their reclaim system (water recycler) isn’t working correctly. Very disappointed in the drop in quality in recent months. Also the vacuums were clogged and barely had any suction. 🤦🏻♂️5 months agoI used to like this place when it was Tommy’s terrific but it has gone down hill significantly since zips took over.Every time I’m there, there is a line of people waiting to talk to their one employee. The last time I was there, the pads had not been changed and caused hundreds of small 4-6” scratches across my hood and roof. The car was still dirty and had water spots all over it. They had one employee and she referred me to corporate who denied my request for refund because “no one else has had a problem”. Multiple people in line complained of scratches and the others complained that they keep getting charged for the subscription wash after cancelling.
It seems the new ownership doesn’t know how to use the water filtration system or find good help, a shame as this used to be a good location.
a month agoI’m sad to write this, but the experience has changed significantly since this location was sold. The staff are good people who work hard, so honestly both stars go to them.The issues: – the wash is now often closed during published hours. – the floormat cleaning machines are disabled. – rags and cleaning supplies are almost never available. – the wash itself leaves dirty residue on the car (photo from today’s wash — last time my car will go through). – the insult to injury? They just increased rates with no communication to members.

I wash my car once a week and hand dry it so I know every little knick on it. If you have a nice sports coupe like mine avoid this carwash like the plague.2 months agoPablo is GREAT!!! We just returned from a road trip and once he saw all the bugs on our car, he didn’t impatiently wave us on through as some do. He took his time. He sprayed down the front of our car using two different hoses/soaps and gave it a good manual scrubbing with a brush. I really appreciate that. Thanks Pablo!a month agoPaid ten bucks. Car wash is belt system so there was no wait, was in and out of drive through in like 2 minutes. Got standard wash and car was clean. They also have free high powered vacuums and towels with shade overhead. Some guys had chemicals but I wasn’t sure if those were free or extra so I’ll ask next time. But for ten bucks def best and fastest auto wash I’ve had. Usually have to wait a while to get through and then find some quarters for a timed vacuuma year agoBest wash around! Sent me through twice to ensure stubborn bug stains were gone. Team wiped it down, glosses the tires, great customer service! Reuben and his teammates are stars!
