  So I used to pay for the membership for almost 2 years. But it does not clean the car went through it twice and my car still dirty. Tried to get it rewashed over and over and still didn’t clean the car. Waste of money and super upset. Mister car wash actually cleaned my car so I would recommend them! Don’t go here. Waste of money

  I went to the car wash on Nov.17th in the afternoon and the woman who was (trying to guide my car on the conveyor had an issue) which caused my car to be uneven and causing my car to shake. I couldn’t do anything about it because I was in the car wash.The following day I noticed damage to the rim on the driver’s side rear rim. My car is a new car and this needs to be addressed by a manager or the owner because this caused substantial damage.Also,I always make sure when I pay for the car wash that whoever is collecting the money marks on the windshield not to use brushes on my car. It’s a brand new car,the two high school kids that were there obviously do not know how to read because they both picked up the brushes and started scrubbing away on my car, my daughter and I had to get their attention, to do not use the brushes. We were already in the car wash at this point and all communications ended with the staff! Very disappointing!!!!!!!! Do not go to this car wash. They are horrible. I give them thumbs down 👎🏼

  I used to frequent this location since they opened. I’ve taken all of my vehicles that I’ve had throughout the years and always loved it. About 2 weeks ago, the machines ripped off and shattered my Jeeps ventshade that came with the vehicle. Caused a dent. They gave me the go around for over a week and then said they will not take the blame because the machines were functioning properly that day and because I already had a chip in the paint with rust. Thats what they tell everybody if yall look at the reviews. I understand why they wouldn’t want to help with the hood that makes sense because of the rust but the ventshade was screwed in and in great condition. I don’t know though I might be petty enough to pursue this. They should’ve just bought me a new vent shade it’s like $80 and the damage was caused regardless if the machines work or not. Needless to say, don’t go here!

  So, i have tried several car washes in town and even knew someone who worked in the offices of one of the bigger named ones and I gotta say, I was really impressed by Surf Thru. The workers were friendly and not douchey like they are at that other one and they seemed genuinely pleased to be doing what they do. I know it’s not the best job in the world but they seemed to have found a way to make it fun. I think, from now on I will be going out of my way to find Surf Thrus over that other one thT rhymes with sister.

  I use to love this place. Today, my car didn’t get clean in the wash. The vacuum kept falling off the hanging rack because it didn’t have enough suction. I drove over a bit to another stall and the nozzle fell off the vacuum. A week ago, I drove over and it was down with cars waiting. I really wish it was maintained better. It gets lots of traffic and was amazing.

  My truck was damaged because of the person that was managing the line. Carlos forgot to stop the top rollers. He was busy arguing on his personal cell phone. And it caused pretty bad damage on my light bar and cracked my windshield. Aside from that my alignment is off on my truck. And I have still yet to hear from the manager on the report that I made. This place is not a good place. I do not recommend it. You’re better off washing your truck at home or at a car wash fundraiser.

  Great for a quick wash and free vacuums for all. Only issue is your car will still be wet. Their drying system isn’t working all that well. Hopefully they’ll service it and it will be better soon.

  The name says it all. If you own a car please get unlimited washes. Two per day. About twenty dollars a month can get you the basic wash. You have the option to “add on” a feature whenever you visit.

  I don’t usually give one star… but this occasion the Clean Freak Car Wash on Irvington and i-19 has the worst vacuums very little suction..and also car wash doesn’t wash the car properly leaving parts of the car dirty..also doesn’t rinse all the soap off completely. The tire shine never works.
  Customer service with Justin was terrible. I called three times in a roll because he stated he couldn’t hear me..and hanging up on me all 3 times.

  The clean freak on alvernon and 22nd Very Clean. Excellent car Wash! With Excellent Customer Service!!

  I just dealt with a young man name Jose today. I drove up like I normally do and had my door open to have my tag scanned my windshield does not scan. I am immediately Giving an attitude and ask what it is I want? I told him that my tag needed to be scanned so that I can proceed with the car wash.The young man Jose told me “well I didn’t know”. I apologize to him and stated I did not realize he was a new employee because I deal with the regular employees every day and they remember my situation. He was very offended by my statement and stated how he serves thousands of customers every day and if I didn’t like his service he’ll remove my sticker and have me go elsewhere. He escalated the situation very quickly and unnecessarily and threaten to remove my sticker and have me go to another location. They should not have such young children working here if they care about having a successful thriving business. Needless to say I have never been treated like this at Mister car wash. I’ve never even been treated like this from Viking car wash.on top of my bad encounter with Jose. My car was not cleaned at all! Their drive Thur is not the best. My car is still very dirty!

  Jaime and his staff were AMAZING and helpful. I am happy to become a customer again because the customer service provided today made me return with all 3 of my vehicles. I am happy to hear of all the good things to come now that it’s a Clean Freak Car Wash.   I haven’t been here in a while and it’s a different company now. I got the 2 for twenty wash which should be the best they offer.

  Vacuums where the same, free and work well. There is now a variety of air fresheners and supplies for your car to choose from when you pay, but apparently none of them are complementary when you buy the more expensive wash. I use to get a towel and air freshener. The attendants didn’t even try to upsell these things to me.

  Going through the car wash tunnel was basically the same, but they don’t scrub your windshields or licenses plates anymore.

  The sent of the last rinse use to be a pleasant cherry scent and now it’s at the first rinse and smells very chemically.

  After it was all said and done I’m left disappointed and there are spots all over my glass

  Kinda bummed I have to go back at some point cause I bought the 2 for 20. That will be my last visit though.

  It’s not the worst place I’ve been but the old car wash was much better.

  4/2022: I vacuumed my own car with great vacuums that REALLY sucked. And the attendant put in my money for me so the next attendant could prewash my car so a giant machine could wash my car. Pretty dope experience.

  Update 8/2022: a new company owns this car wash. They no longer spray or brush your car before you enter the car wash tunnel. There’s a “bug prep station” at the entrance where you brush your own car before you enter the car wash. You have to do more work to clean your car and the cost is more, as well. It is now $8. I’ve been coming here for years and will now be taking my business to a less greedy and a more customer focused car wash, even though the cost might be more.

  I go on occasion for the $8 wash, (not a member) to Clean Freak because it’s location. One thing to be aware of here, is that: 1) if you have an SUV the auto wash does not clean the rear for the vehicle at all. Back window, rear hatch, rear bumper… none of it gets touched. 2) The drying system needs improvement (longer time under it) because every time I go my vehicle leaves with water drops all over it. You get what you pay for though I guess.
