  Overview:
  1. It’s a monthly recurring subscription service starting from $20/month (base version) to $35/month (advanced).
  2. The vacuum and cleaning section is separate which is neat and cleanly maintained.
  3. Car wash service is good but I need to see its effectiveness (the brush lines) after a couple more washes
  4. Overall 4.5/5 for easy enrolling and effective wash in a short time. Bar code will be provided which needs to be placed near the windshield for fast service from the second time.

  Beautiful easy to access location. The new manager at this location really cares about his new role in the company. He was quite friendly and knowledgeable about his location. The vaccums work great and the car is spotless. Highly recommend.

  He told me you were expanding and I’m begging to get a location up in riverside. I know it’s a bit north, but there’s nothing but bad car washes up there, so the market share would be yours.

  Good and acceptable cost for the basic wash ($10), sick removed dusty only from car surface. Saving grace are the available towels to rub bug stains and other debris after car wash. Vacuums are plenty powerful.

  I’ve come here a few times for a quick and relatively cheap wash at about 12 bucks. Nearest 5 dollar wash I’m used to is now not worth the gas. It had been quite some time between washes and I decided to splurge a little bit on a basic detail. I did the second cheapest exterior detail w/ wash at 18 bucks and an additional 10 dollar interior basic detail. I wasn’t that impressed with the detail. My car didn’t look that much different than the basic wash after. There were still stubborn dirt spots all over the vehicle and while the interior detail was ok, there were still spots in vacuuming left, dust in certain places, and the glass spray was not completely wiped down because there are still streak spots in the corners of the windshield. Also of note, detailing only took 5 minutes and 3 different guys were doing their parts and as you can see in the pictures, left a lot to be desired.

  I get this is a basic detail, but it’s still a detail. I’m not expecting all the fancy cleaning equipment, but I am expecting not to see any grime on the car afterwards. Especially when I’m paying over twice the amount of a basic wash and didn’t get that much of a difference in the end.

  Worst carwash I’ve ever been to.
  Unfortunately they didn’t actually clean the car from the inside, bare minimum work reflects poor business management. To be fair, can’t expect much from a place like this. First and last time. Cheers!

  Let me add a few more details, considering management of Uptown Car Wash attempted to disregard the actual issue by recommending further service, LOL. The dust that even my USB vacuum will pick up and the basic cleaning of my wheels. It is very noticeable.

  First time back here in a little bit. Can’t say the recent changes are ones I’m a fan of. The new everything à la carte pricing, to me seems worse than the older model. On this most recent visit the outside wash and windows (interior and exterior) were done well, but the interior service was very poor. After getting home very clearly places that weren’t vacuumed and panels that hadn’t even been wiped down. For the money, I don’t think it’s a great value anymore. I’m sure their detail services are still amazing, and if you just want a quick exterior wash this would be good. However after this last visit I wouldn’t recommend them as a good value for a basic interior/exterior wash.

  If I could give zero stars I would. July 31st at 3:30pm I came to get my car washed. No scratches on my bumper, my car is not a low car either. Just moved here from Sacramento and already spent $300 earlier today to fix the starter in my car. Towards the end of the car wash me and my passenger saw something in front of my car and thought it was a part of the car wash until we got out and the entire bumper was under my car. I go to car washes every month, like Quick Quack and have NEVER like how do you even explain this? How is this company so careless with their customers property. I left crying barely able to even fit my bumper in my car to take home. At least I got 2 free car smellies and a ripped off bumper. People in the office took it as a joke and didn’t even reimburse me for the car wash. I really hope this company will do something for me and no I don’t want free car washes in your sketchy car wash. Do not give this place your business. I NEVER write bad reviews of places, this is a first. Imagine you just want to get your car washed and are left in tears with a broken scratched up bumper and insides of your car hanging out and 10 less dollars. Really careless behavior.

  I go to this carwash everyday and the staff here is amazing. I aint gonna lie there are a few staff members i aint too happy with their customer service skills or customer interaction period. But thats not important. The people i do want to give recognition to is Corey. He is an amazing leader for soapy joes. I thought he was a supervisor because he definitely showcases management potential. Also Brian the supervisor is a chill and professional individual. And last but not least EZ is a great CSA and his loading skills are perfect. I dont have to worry about hitting another car. Thanks Mission Gorge peeps.   Pretty straightforward car wash. The wash doesn’t get out everything, like the bugs that have been caked on my front end for like three weeks, which is fine. They provide microfiber towels for you to use, and an air freshener which is neat! Vacuum is pretty effective. Only negative part was the gentleman who stood at the machine hitting the prompts. He took my receipt before I could even reach for it. I’m pretty sure the last one I got from here offered a free wash so I was really disappointed that he didn’t even ask if I wanted it before he crumpled it and ran to the other lane’s machine. Parking lot is pretty cramped so I wouldn’t fuel up here if you could help it. That is all!

  I have a monthly subscription to this place and I pay $420 annually to use their services and today when I arrived nothing was in order staff were just chilling when lots of the stations by the vacuums were out of rags their vacuums suction were not functioning properly had to go to 3 diff parking spaces within the area just to find a vacuum that had decent suction. I thought at once this was the best self service auto detailing spot in San Diego but now I don’t know. Get it together people!

  There is always clean towels considering that it is a super busy location. The staff there are super nice and efficient. The wash itself is so amazing and they do everything they can so you could have a good experience. There is always someone at the front to help and an employee doing the towels.
