  Uthethical business practices

  Lousy, pathetic, and incompetent management. In February 2022, I visited this car wash location. When I entered the automatic carwash, I then realized the front gate was closed (even though a team member let me in). My car then was forcefully rammed into the gate causing damage to my paint and bumper. It took 3 months of chasing the manager Joe and he did not help me. I then get my case switched to another manager who informs me the previous manager never even informed higher ups about the incident meaning this man just lied to me for months. Finally Im told by champion express to schedule my repairs after signing an agreement about 4 months after the incident and when I’m ready to pick up my car, find out that PAYMENT WAS NEVER SENT. this company did not get me a rental, I’ve struggled without a car for a week as the repair shop would not release until the car wash sent payment; and they continuously did not follow through on their word. This has been the WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Save your money, go local, and avoid sleazy management who does not care about customers. You’re better off at a $7 gas station car wash. At least you don’t have to deal with incompetent team members.

  I went here because I got a deal for a month of washes for $1. It was a great wash and got my van clean. I like that they have towels you can use to finish drying the vehicle. Vacuums were good and are free with the wash.

  Paid for the 20$ wash, but car came out dirty. A waste of time and money, lazy workers. I don’t recommend this car wash, your better off paying 2$ and spraying and drying your car at a self service. Never again, disappointed! Lazy blk lady couldn’t even dry my windows.

  I get a better wash doing it myself , sure you can go as many times as you like for the price . I like to take the time and detail myself , this place doesn’t take the bugs off, etc.. I personally don’t care for this type of car wash.

  Inconsistent. Experiences will vary depending on the teams working, day of the week, and time of day. Sometimes it’s outstanding and other times you have to point out everything and have it redone. My most recent trip the end team was phenomenal but the team cleaning the floors and mats barely touched them. The previous experience was reversed. Other days they’ve been down right slammed and still did an outstanding job start to finish.

  I was here twice with 2 different vehicles, a car 🚘 & a truck 🛻 They did a great job both times. I opted for the cheapest of the washes because when used elsewhere or in the past spending more doesn’t seem to get you a vastly different or better cleaning. I will continue to use them.

  Rarely, do I score this low, but I spent about $40 on a FULL SERVICE car wash (Oct 13, 2022), to only having the driver-side windows cleaned, but the entire side of the passenger windows ignored – inside AND outside! To give credit, when I called to complain, they told me to return with the receipt and they’d run it back through at no charge. I agreed to do that. However, the next day, I forgot the receipt, and was already about 20 miles in to my commute into Albuquerque, before I realized I left the receipt at home. 😞 I accept my irresponsibility, but this is the 2nd time, such similar unsatisfactory results have occurred, in 2 years. I’m disappointed, as years prior, THIS LOCATION WAS THE PRIME car wash place for me. Now, I’ll have to find another.

  OMG never again, there are three signs two “interior” one “exterior and member”. I made the mistake of thinking exterior would give me the total car wash I was wanting. The woman at the pay machine was beyond rude and only added to the negative experience. I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life, and I am not 21. You can train anyone to take money what you can’t train is excellent customer service.

  No vacuum area here. If you only purchase the regular wash, no one wipes down windshield or anything else. They need to put out a sign informing that they have no vacuum area

  Edit : Came back a second time, paid full price for another “Platinum” wash. My jeep is, yet again, NOT CLEAN. Still covered in dirt. I’ve added a couple pictures this time.

  Original : Paid $26 for the Platinum wash and tip, but my Grand Cherokee was still dirty. The back had barely been touched except for a light spray of water so it was covered in brown muddy streaks; all the windows had a dirt ring around the perimeter; the bottom 6″ of the windshield was entirely untouched. The wheel wells and bottom side trim looked like I’d driven through mud puddles.
  I’ve gotten better results from $7.00 gas station washes. Save your money.

  Ive been going here for years. Theres a gentleman there at coors and I-40 that has always been awesome. I followed him from the central and san mateo store. I dont know his name and im not sure if hes a manager or what but i do know wherever he’s working ive always gotten treated right.

  $15 for the cheapest undercarriage wash. Car rocked back and forth a few times in the tunnel. Windshield was still dirty. My major gripe is not having towels though. I asked and was directed to their vending machine or the dollar store…. What? Towels are a necessity when I’m washing my car. Won’t be back

  Passed by this place and decided to get my truck washed. I bought the platinum package thinking it was going to be the best results but honestly, a cheap $10 car wash would have given me the same results. Don’t waste your money here.
