3 months agoAfter reading review after review of car washes in Tucson, I decided to try Surf Thru Express in Marana. It was quite a bit farther than the one I had been using, but it had what I wanted, a drive thru. My car was dirty. It went to California, back, and then some. After the cashier explained the services, I chose the $20.00 wash. Post wash, I pulled my car around to use the free vacuums. Was my car 100% clean. No, there was a bit of residue left on my chrome wheels. All I did was wipe them off with a micro cloth when I got home. It only took a few minutes of my time. I’m very glad that I found this car wash and driving a little farther is worth it. The employees were pleasant. I expect the car wash to be perfect the next time because I won’t have to wait so long in-between washes because I now have a place to go. Sorry I didn’t take a picture of Lucy after she was washed, but she’s beautiful.3 weeks agoThis car wash was great besides not being able to purchase from the vending machine.Otherwise everything was great. I went late at night and it was still well lit enough to see inside the car.
6 months agoPretty good for the price. I’ll take a couple of towels with next time and get the drips and spots that were missed. Certainly nothing like a full service wash/detail, but great for getting a quick clean and washing off the road grime. If you’re picky, just bring a towel or 2, maybe some glass cleaner, and spend 5 minutes in the parking lot touching up areas around the emblems, and wheels, that didn’t quite get clean. I’ll definitely go again, pretty happy with it for the price.5 months agoLove using the Rhino mat cleaner. This one was working very well. I have only seen these at Surf Thru car washes.5 months agoIf there were more STARS avaliable on this app, I would give them all to these guys. They did everything to clean all the dead bugs out of my windshield and front panel. I love this kind of customer service. These guys rock. Do not go anywhere else. Come to this place for a real clean car wash.

11 months agoMy truck was damaged because of the person that was managing the line. Carlos forgot to stop the top rollers. He was busy arguing on his personal cell phone. And it caused pretty bad damage on my light bar and cracked my windshield. Aside from that my alignment is off on my truck. And I have still yet to hear from the manager on the report that I made. This place is not a good place. I do not recommend it. You’re better off washing your truck at home or at a car wash fundraiser.a month agoGreat car wash.the staff are always friendly.the vacuums have great suction.they also have towels that you can use to dry your car.they have membership available.if you wash your car more then Once a month.great value.3 years agoLove my unlimited plan. It’s worth every penney. I used to let dirty smelly full service carwash guys vacuume and then drive My ’94 onto the belt until they almost vacuumed up my security chip, pushed My ‘ 94 onto the belt and broke a $60 storage box. No more, @ Clean Freak I drive my car onto the belt and I dry and vacuum. It’s all good here.2 years agoI just dealt with a young man name Jose today. I drove up like I normally do and had my door open to have my tag scanned my windshield does not scan. I am immediately Giving an attitude and ask what it is I want? I told him that my tag needed to be scanned so that I can proceed with the car wash.The young man Jose told me “well I didn’t know”. I apologize to him and stated I did not realize he was a new employee because I deal with the regular employees every day and they remember my situation. He was very offended by my statement and stated how he serves thousands of customers every day and if I didn’t like his service he’ll remove my sticker and have me go elsewhere. He escalated the situation very quickly and unnecessarily and threaten to remove my sticker and have me go to another location. They should not have such young children working here if they care about having a successful thriving business. Needless to say I have never been treated like this at Mister car wash. I’ve never even been treated like this from Viking car wash.on top of my bad encounter with Jose. My car was not cleaned at all! Their drive Thur is not the best. My car is still very dirty!7 months agoGreat service, poor quality. The attendant was very nice and courteous. However, the first thing I noticed going through the automatic car wash is that the car doesn’t get sprayed with water/soap. It’s sprinkles soap foam, and the automatic brushes come in right away. Several parts of the car were missed, including the entire back Side and window. Had to get home and re-wash myself.
