a month agoI was there yesterday with a couple friends for the haunted car wash and i had a really good time at the car wash but the pennywise really stood out to me but everyone else was really good. Such a great experience to get you in the halloween spirit.a year agoThe very first time I went here I’m assuming the manager or owner came over and said the first month was $7.99 and every month after it would be $29.99 which would’ve been the least expensive in town for the best wash offered. I enter the wash and midway through everything shut down and I was stuck in the wash for about four minutes. The black plastic spinning wheel kept turning on but my vehicle was not moving so I ended up making marks on my mirror. I also have a lot of soap left on my vehicle because they ended up just pushing the rollers out to get me out of there. So I had to go back around and get it re-washed. Not gonna lie I was a little hesitant to go back in after getting stuck in there. So after the experience I decided to give them a second try, I have a tiny bit of snow on the back of a truck bed the first car wash is just spray off. Not this older gentleman with a very bad attitude. He left snow on the truck cover and all it did is fill up with soap wax and whatever else they wash the vehicles with. I went back around after pushing off some of it and he was refusing to let me go back through, even though their sign says if you’re not happy they will rewash your vehicle. Keep in mind I have all kinds of soap wax and whatever dripping off the sides of my truck he told me to come back tomorrow. After refusing to leave with all this mess on my truck he was very reluctantly let me go back through. At this point I was 🤯Furious!!!! However I did give them a third chance and everything went fine that time. I can’t say that I would recommend this place but they do have a lot of potential if they ever clean up the parking lot where you vacuum and get someone that actually cares about drying your vehicle. There’s always tons of water left on it right off. The only things I can say good about this so far is the mirror finish shine when your vehicle is washed correctly which is a hit or miss from my experience.a month agoMachines are frequently down at the entrance. It’s a nuisance that their equipment supplier should fix. Decent soft cloth wash, but there is no real way to know what wash level you get regardless of what you paid for.a week agoSelf serve wash equipment always has issues with the hoses having breaks. Rinse water still has suds in it- not bad but needs work.5 years agoI am soooooo pleased with my service. I haven’t seen my car look this good in a long time. They completely got out all food stains and smells from the dish I dropped last month. This was worth my purchase and the drive to Sterling Heights. I’ll be back before Medical school ☺️

5 months agoGot an express was, Bill’s best. When I pay that much for a car wash I expect everything to be clean with some minor areas that may have spotting. This is crazy won’t be using them again.Customer service while I was there was amazing.
a year agoThe Rochester location of Mr. C’s really impressed me today! The shine on my wife’s Hellcat Durango after a drive thru car wash worked it’s magic was phenomenal. My father in law thought I had washed and waxed it! Ha. I opted for the $18 Works wash. I absolutely love the attention to detail when the hand dry crew comes out. They get your door jambs, blow out your mirrors, and really just take it up a notch. Definitely worth stopping in for a wash. I will certainly be back again! Now, if only they fit my dually Ram!2 months agoSo I stop by the car wash around 3 o’clock and I was feeling really quite vulnerable because my leg was broken. This young man he was about five foot ten with green eyes really quite cute that was drying my car. Lovely man helped me out so much that I couldn’t believe it. he was just so generous. It makes me wanna come back to this car wash every week just in case I get to see him again.5 years agoBest car wash I’ve been to with a fast full-service interior and exterior detailing that’s hard to beat at the price. Even the cheapest exterior car wash is by far the best in the area, they don’t miss anything. Can be very busy so it’s hard to get in and out during their busiest hours, needs to be open later.3 months agoActual full service carwash, interior/exterior, hand dry, blown out mirrors… and no ‘membership’ needed. Buried back in a neighborhood, which was strange, but excellent service and the truck came out looking fabulous. The wash broke off the short antenna on the top of the truck, but they are going to find it and/or replace it. Will be back when I’m in town, for certain.
