a month agoCar wash scratches beware! I have multiple pictures of my new Jeep with a dash cam to support this claim. I just left the arvada location with multiple scratches on my hood, top, back end and sides. I did not enter your location to leave with body damage. After witnessing a man getting out of his car to check his vehicle i began checking mine for damage sure enough I can see my hood from the drivers seat very plainly. Someone from corporate needs to be contacting me ASAP. There is obviously faulty equipment inside the car wash to scratch a Jeep wrangler this bad. Edit ✍🏼 9/25/23 I contacted the company online and business directly by phone and left multiple messages with my contact info. No one has responded or called me.6 months agoOne of the fastest and cleanest car wash in the Arvada area. Although sometimes the line can stretch nearly a block, the wait time is practically nonexistent. Cars come in dirty, and come out sparkly clean in an extremely fast manner. Nice crew too. I lost my front license plate and they were able to save it for me and return it to me. Highly recommend this place!a month agoI love this car wash. The leadership has really improved. Last couple times I’ve came here the towels are fully stocked, bottles are filled. That’s always a plus for me. The staff is always helpful. Keep it up guys. Been coming here for little over 3 years now.a week agoEmployees must take there time when asked to pre scrub bug off a truck. Unfortunately my windshield got cracked! I will not be returning to this location!Pro… Being a new company took over their claims department was quick to approve and replace my windshield within approximately 10- 14 days.
8 months agoI love that I can usually get in an out without a huge wait. The car wash itself is good could definitely use some tweaking as far as the brushes and how it dries the car coming out of the automatic bay. Staff is usually really friendly and they now offer dash polish and glass cleaner with clean rags for you to use for free! They also have air compressors at every bay to clean out the hard to reach spots and vents!

Great service and job for the price.a month agoThey did a great job on my vehicle…but communication is not there. When I was paying I was asked if I wanted cash or be charged for a tip. I thought I had cash in my vehicle. Found out my child took it. I asked where I can leave leave the tip so I can go pull it out of the bank. It just felt akward trying to communicate after that. Now I feel weird going back. Maybe have someone approachable give your car keys back2 years agoRating 3 stars only because I was there for 3 hours. No joke. I got there at 2:30 p.m. and was driving away at 5:20 p.m. on a Friday. I did get detailing (shampoo my seats & vacuum) & was happy there was air conditioning inside, comfy couches and I was able to read my book. If I didn’t have my book, I’d have gone stir crazy. Cost $160, which I thought was OK because I’d never had my car detailed before, but was later by others that the cost was over the top. I was bummed to see not all my dogs hair was vacuumed from corners & crevices. They also have a bulldog inside the office – at times my dog and I would go outside, when they would let their bulldog out.6 years ago179.95 is what they charges me . I did tell thwm about the poor job I was told to go back next weekend but to first pay . So I did as I drove away I notice my chair wet and the big stain on the passenger sit . I told my self why would I go back called ask for my money back drove back for my money the manager was very rude and just me back my money and told me to take my service somewhere else yes I will take my service somewhere else where if they charge me $200 the job going to get done I’m not going to have to drive home put my windows down and wait for the car seats to dry like he told me I didn’t pay for a half-assed job I paid for a full detail and I got a $5 car wash.3 months agoGreat service. They did an amazing job with my embarrassingly dirty car. Looked as good as new when they were done with the interior.
