3 months agoI really liked this car wash so I bought an unlimited plan thinking it would be great. I have now called multiple times to try and cancel the membership, gone up to the location and tried to find a worker twice. I can’t email corporate because they say I don’t have an account. I’ve now paid $80 and only been able to get one car wash. Never received a barcode or prompted to enter license plate. The car was is good, but the company and customer service is terrible.3 months agoReturned from a long road trip and the front of my truck was covered in bugs. Christian immediately recognized it and took extra time and care to prep the front of the truck to have the bugs removed. Outstanding service.5 months agoIt’s easy and convenient, have towels to dry off your car. WILL scratch your vehicle. Everytime I dry it off I notice a new scratch. 9 months agoOne of the best washes around. They offer two lanes for cash customers that funnel into one side of the car wash. A third line for members only who have their own side. This drastically keeps the lines moving over some of the others. I went at one of the busiest times and was in and out in 10 minutes through the line and washed.The water sprayers get all areas. I have a truck and every car was I have been through fails to get the bottom portion cleaned. I was shocked when I got out to dry. My truck was actually clean! These dryers are a beast!
The pricing is fair for what all you get. I with with the top wash to get the ceramic coating. Don’t forget to visit the middle area where they have free floor mat cleaners plus a washout station and a load of towels that they kept bringing out. Vacuums we’re all around to accommodate all vehicles.
11 months agoDid not clean my car properly despite running through the wash twice. When I emailed them and explained the problem, they refused to give me a refund.Go to waterway instead, they will do what they were paid to do and actually get your car clean.
5 months agoDo not recommend. Nothing works right at this car wash and staff is unable to deal with issues. Kiosks don’t work properly requiring a (clearly frustrated) employee to come assist you and defeating the purpose kiosks in the first place. The wash itself is not working correctly. I had to drive to a hand-wash facility to get it rinsed thoroughly. Other reviews here refer to multiple apparent mechanical issues including damage to vehicles being caused by the malfunctions. This place seemed to be okay when it was new but like most of these business, it has deteriorated rapidly.a year agoI can’t recommend Go Car Wash. I tried the wash in early February because I was considering a wash subscription. I purchased a “Go Big” wash using a $5 off coupon. The attendant on duty stated I may need a second wash because of the road salt and encouraged me to take advantage of the 48 hour guarantee for a second wash.He was right and I returned the next day to get the spots the wash missed. The kiosk was not working, so it took about five minutes for an attendant to help get me into the wash. Once through the wash, I pulled into a vacuum bay to dry my doorjambs. I noticed a piece of trim had broken off of my front bumper. The same attendant that helped me with the kiosk ran into the wash and found the broken piece of trim. He then helped me start the claim paperwork, while another worker took pictures of the damage. I was told they’d be in contact within three business days.
A week goes by with no update, so I call and speak with GM Ben. Ben explained he reviewed the footage from my initial visit and didn’t see any damage. I explained it happened the next day and reiterated the time, which was already listed on the claim form. He also asked if I recalled the person that helped me, which I didn’t, but could easily be found from his work schedule. We ended the call with Ben saying he’d review the footage from the correct date/time.
Still no word a week and a half later. I touched base with the corporate office, who apologized for not being able to assist. This was a $65 piece of trim that I was able to replace myself, but the inaction from the team at Go on something that could have easily been resolved means I’ll take the family’s vehicles elsewhere.
4 months agoThey never have towels stocked when I go. Also, my monthly pass has never worked, even after replacing the sticker. They have said they put my license plate in the system so it would let me through that way, that has never worked for me either. They always have to get a manager to look up my information and let me through. It has been extremely inconvenient. The staff has been very nice and apologetic every time, but that still does not fix the issue.
