- Reviews:coming back for the holidays. last time i talked to the attorney was in august. All i asked was to get a call at least once every 2 months or so. Am I not worth a 3min call? I got a call in August for leaving a bad review mind you. I’ll give a proper/full review once everything is finished. i do have to say after 3 years I still DO NOT recommend dozier law firm. I’m still suffering wages and pain/suffering after they lost my case horribly. i still had to pay thousands to them (my last portion of insurance money will arrive eventually and they’ll take a hefty percentage of that too for some reason. despite losing my case. yes, I did bring it up to them to decrease costs, but they won’t budge much. 33.3% is absurd! especially for losing my case, do they seriously need that much currency? I need it desperately!) previous professional call I recieved was in May to update me. I hope they’ll have some morality and not think dollar signs like the last time. (doubtful), It’s truly unfortunate. the paralegal woman working the front desk is amazing though, I wish she was an attorney. update: still waiting on my small check….they sent me a check months ago with the wrong name..soo…still waiting. i keep getting left on read and phone calls just don’t help. Instead, I trusted a friend (not anymore). Strung along for 4 years and they helped the other attorney low-ball me. Mediator started bringing up inaccurate information (which by the way he stated he used to work for the other company). Every time I spoke about going to court Savannah called David pressured me not to and he made it known he knew the judge (Henson, if I spelled it correct) very well and made me feel as if they would leave me hanging and stack cards against me in the court room. Then he started rambling about BS and his recent accident. Never again. I would definitely not refer to anyone. I would tell everyone to run like hell and do not look back. Januvia Mason was my investigator for my case she gave us false information when I came to how we should go about preceeding in are case. Then we were informed by the attorney that there was nothing they could for us because the investigator falsely informed us to make a decision that ultimately coast us money that we truly really need because of the accident. Unless this is fixed my review will not change and reflect a better review

I had an appt with Mr John and he was very nice and he was extremely detailed with the processes. I felt very comfortable and secure with him as he reassured me that I would be in good hands. Thank you so much for helping me through this process.
My family was involved in an accident with the other driver being at fault. We contacted this firm who assured us we’d be taken care of and satisfied with their services and they fell very short of that. My two kids who were involved in the accident received great settlements of 7500$ which is why i chose to give 2 stars instead of 0, but my wife who was primarily injured and lost her job due to her injuries received an settlement offer of 1800$ and this is because we were persuaded by this firm to use their recommended chiropractor for medical evidence in addition to hospital records and that we would receive a fair price for their service. This was a lie. After only doing a good 10 sessions the bill totaled to be 9k! This would have been cheaper if we had went and paid out of pocket even if they were to charge the avg rate of 200$ per session. We were told we would be getting a discount for using their recommended chiropractor and that’s definitely not a discounted price. So again, we were screwed because we chose to follow their advice. No, we do not recommend using this firm. And yes they prolong the case and you have to contact them in order to receive any updates. Besides Kevin, no one was willing to explain the process or give voluntary updates. David seemed to not care and wanted us to settle for every offer that came in even though my wife lost her job because of this accident and had long lasting injuries. This accident hurt my family in ways we can’t imagine but this process and firm definitely added fuel to the fire.
