The man at the counter was extremely unprofessional, and rude. Brought my car in multiple times just for them to guess what the problem is rather than actually explore the problem. Spent thousands for the “repairs”. They never fixed my car properly and it always left the lot with more issues than when it went in. Told me it was a transmission issue last time I brought my car in. Went to a transmission shop and they were able to solve the issue in a matter of 2 hours after dropping my vehicle off and only cost me $400 for a wheel bearing compared to the thousands spent here. I will never be using Active Green and Ross, nor will my family ever again. I strongly suggest to look elsewhere. Save your money and time. Since moving to Welland, I was so happy to find one about a 30 min walk from my home. They are kind, have great customer service, and the work on my car has always completed in a timely manner. They di not offer anything that isn’t needed (which I find dealerships do), and I trust their recommendations. They even allow dogs to come inside, while dropping off or paying. I never knew Canadian Tire could be beautiful until I came to this location! Wow! It’s stunning. Newly renovated, super clean, very organized, and shelves are fully stocked with all kinds of products.
The staff is actually helpful and will ask you if you need help with anything.

My husband and I have always loved shopping at Canadian Tire and have done so for a long time. We moved to Welland 7 years ago, this Canadian Tire continues the tradition.
They have excellent customer service, great selection of products, etc.
This particular Canadian Tire in Welland, had a huge renovation this year. WOW, it’s absolutely gorgeous. Huge area off to the left side of the entrance is where the carts are now. There’s more room to move around with wider aisles, big improvement in lighting, beautiful wood signs above each area, i.e., Automotive, Toys, Seasonal, etc. so much easier to find what you want.
We were there December 8th, to get a new Christmas Tree. We searched online first to see what was available and the prices. We found a beautiful 7’ Canvas Normandy Christmas Tree with stand and Pre-Lit with 800 Micro-Brite LED lights. The regular price was $399.99 on sale for $299.99. Excellent purchase.
Fantastic Christmas displays; all the trees lit up, scenes with reindeer, sleighs, candy canes, wood porch signs, stunning Nativity Scene, etc.
A special thank you to one of your employees, ‘Hunter’. We were looking for flood light stands. Hunter took us to the aisle, showed us 2 types we may be interested in. He scanned the items we picked to recheck the prices. He even mentioned there were some in another area. Great customer service!!!!!

I recently visited the newly renovated Canadian Tire in Welland and was thoroughly impressed by the improvements made to the store. The place looks fantastic! The store has a bright and modern feel to it, making it a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience.
The layout of the store is much more organized, making it easier to find what I was looking for. The staff was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable, offering assistance and suggestions whenever I needed it.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of products available. From automotive supplies to home goods, the store has everything I need for my DIY projects. The prices were also competitive, making it an affordable option for all of my shopping needs.
Overall, I highly recommend the newly renovated Canadian Tire in Welland. The store has done an amazing job at creating a welcoming and user-friendly environment, and I look forward to my next visit. If you’re in the area, be sure to check it out!
Best Canadian Tire anywhere! Great renovation and redo. The seasonal displays, especially at Christmas are the best around. Great selection including bikes, toys, outdoor furniture, etc. Excellent inventory and staff. You can spend hours in here – it is like a mini-mall.
I just love canadian tire. Doesn’t matter what store location it is, you get the same helpful employees and a awesome store to be in. Other retailers forget about their customer service but canadian tire has always been above and beyond for me. This store in particular, has such a nice upgrade, customer service is always great to deal with along with all their departments.
