- Reviews:I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this place. Recently, they invoiced me $900 for a quick fix that I was able to get done for $120 at a different shop. They price gouge and don’t even try to hide it. When I said I didn’t want to get it fixed at that exorbitant price, they told me the car was still drivable when it clearly wasn’t. Walked around the store trying to find someone to help me could not find a single person, went to the front and there were 5 employees just standing around talking. When I asked for help with the item I was looking for I was told it was in the warehouse and they could not be bothered to go and get it for me. It was a simple small box of ammo that should be locked in a secure part of the warehouse I’d image so, should be relatively easy to find. One of the worst canadian automative store i have been to. They left a trainee alone on reception to deal with customer and line was long by 15 minutes. I stood in line at the auto counter for 30min, only to drop keys off. I then sat in the waiting room another 40min with my car still not driven into the shop. I was in line to pay for the service for 15min. I left, started my vehicle and had a tire sensor fault! I go back inside, wait 10min to be told the fault was on my vehicle when they pulled it into the shop. Which is not true. Told it’s not a big deal… I’m absolutely livid. Really big store. They have EVERYTHING you need for your home. Not the best prices in town, but not the worst as well. They had lots of staff around . Costumer service were friendly but super slowly . Big parking lot outside
I don’t normally rate a box store. But I must admit I’ve had some really helpful people here. Whether walking down some aisles looking for something, hitting up customer service or the service desk. Kudos to you workers. Keep up the great work. I appreciate you.
Update: Dave called me. Very nice man. Don’t get me wrong there are tons of great staff at his store. I still will shop at other Canadian Stores but my experience on January 4th has ended my frequency at this location. I will just summarize I had a very poor experience, and feedback is necessary. It wasn’t from a junior/new associate.
I will give Dave (store manager) a 5 star as I know how important reviews are. Too bad I cannot split it up for different people/departments.
Dave apologized, but I will still put up with the inconvenience of driving to other stores as how I am treated and or respected completely determines where I support.

Store was crazy busy but Manager Darren took the time to make my day. He made what could have been a very big problem for us a wonderful and satisfying experience. Great customer service! The customer service and warehouse staff were also very accommodating.
