Unable to access my finances due to u expected short notice flea from my house back home.in alberta due to a such caring and loving baby momma he not only blew the prices of every other quote but stayed for me late Friday afternoon even though I was having issues finding the place being from out of town . Installed set of 4 tires in record time on command and willing to work with money coming from a different source back home till I was able to return and repay the source . It took me 3 weeks and multiple visits to get new summer tires on my car. First they forgot to order the tires but didn’t advise me until 30 minutes into my appointment, then when I showed up for my second appointment they had forgotten to book it. They did squeeze me in but I had to wait an hour and a half. All of this I could have handled (I understand it’s a busy time of year and there are lots of supply issues); however, when I opened my car door, I was shocked. My pristine black car was no longer black. The entire cloth drivers side seat was now grey/brown and COVERED in dirt. Absolutely filthy!!! My door handle, console and steering wheel and even the floor mat were equally disgusting. I didn’t have anything to wipe my seat or car down with, so I was also filthy by the time I got home. Stop in 2 different shops they didn’t want to take on repaire . Stop by in this shop they are so busy every lift is in use full waiting room and they just said no problem it will take 30 min . Honestly BEST SERVICE EVER, so professional team, they answered ALL my questions, Matt went beyond the extra mile and gave some high-value extra tips, as new comer to Canada he gave me so much useful information about driving safety in this amazing country. Definitely they know how to keep loyal customers.
There’s lots of parking spots available, bathrooms are available as well, you can leave your car in their hands and hang around, they will let you know when it’s ready.
I give 5 stars. My experience there has been amazing. Someone is always willing to help. I have had great customer service there. The till ladies can be a bit judgy but I’ve had amazing help while in the store. 5 stars though because the auto shop saved my butt when I got a flat and how helpful another gentlemen is anytime I ask him a question in the store going above and beyond.
Great store. Well stocked and courteous staff to help find what we were looking for. Plenty of checkout capacity so we didn’t have to wait in line to pay for our purchases.
Thank you to the young lady who helped my daughter and I through the self checkout Friday March 3 2023 around 530 pm – 630 pm. You were very kind and sweet! Service department Manager & staff are awesome. As a Senior on fixed income, my inspection in Fall 2022 required extensive work, which I knew was needed, but they kept communicating, & understanding my delays, as I intended to get repairs done month by month. I ended up getting it all done in one morning, May 2023, in an arrangement, thanks to the Manager Todd. Will be my go to shop & store always now. Caring about my safety was a key reason.
