- Reviews:I love this location. The store is always well stocked, and there hasn’t been a single time when I could not find what I was looking for. It is the place to go shopping for Christmas decorations, outdoor lights, and everything else Christmas related. The staff is normally very knowledgeable and helpful. Although I like the store, I’m less enthusiastic about their auto centre. Every time I took my car there for a routine oil change and checkup, they would convince me I needed “urgent” break servicing. I’m not a mechanic and I do not know whether the car actually needed that service. But since I started taking my car to a Honda service centre, their mechanics have always found my breaks in good shape.By Alex S (4 months ago)As a google local guide I have a duty to give my honest review about this store, the only reason why I gave 1 star is b/c in general canadian tire you can’t afford to buy anything but their Auto service is way worse you’ll get charged a lot that’s a fact but shout out to their mechanic they are absolutely fantastic!!! So their auto service really need a radical price adjustment for sure if you go other auto service clearly you see a minimum of 250$ different on some expensive repair that’s what I experienced even though everyone was telling me not to go to CNT b/c their price I went to their shop and that’s what I got. We were on a mission for a PFD for our sons 🚣♂️ Canoeing Camp next week. Found a great one on Sale. Super light and fit perfectly. They have lots but many folks were 🛍 shopping for them besides us. Did everything to walk my girlfriend through the process. He made sure to explain the process clearly and recommend the right tires for her situation. Really showed he knew what he was talking about. - Reviews:On Aug/29/22 I took my 2018 Dodge Charger in for al oil change , such as I have for each of my last 5 vehicles for about 10 years. This time though when got home it was low oil pressure light and smoke coming out from under my hood. Able to make it home, hood now up , smoke coming from the engine and oil everywhere. Called Mr Lube to see what my options were . After coming up with what was really the only option that was the most cost effective and i was unable to get the parts being late and most places closed or no parts. The site Mgr came out around 1 the next day installed the pat that wasn’t installed during the oil change to stop the leak and was told to bring the car by and the engine would be cleaned. I did this, I was told it would take about 15-20 and I would be on my way. So it felt like I was just rushed out the door in the end. I told a supervisor I spoke with Monday and the manager that came to fix the oil seal that wasn’t installed that I had bought and 5 liter jug of oil because I thought I could drive it back and filled the car then I found the real issue to the leak, this was never again addressed and when I told the gentleman that spoke with me during the engine cleaning that the car was covered in oil right to the back bumper. He said OK never made eye contact with me once thanked me for coming back , letting them clean the engine and sent me on my way. I work in a retail warehouse and I do work directly with the public. I felt the whole process was rushed and I was more of an inconvenience. Now out $40 for oil and still need to wash the oil off the back of my car also had to ask for the help of two family members. One to drive my wife to and from work and another lent me the tools I didn’t have and waited at my home until the repair was made. The greeter Spencer kindly informed us of wait times free wifi and sun paper. Inside bays were clean and organized. Workers were all working diligently and in SAFE manner using safety standards. Our TECH WILL gets 10 out of 10 for respectful, knowledgeable and great service. In general, the service was superior and more affordable compared to Kanata Honda, with a minimum of 20% savings. The Canadian Tire Centre is a great venue to see fantastic shows/concerts. The staff are ALWAYS really kind and helpful, often giving great suggestions. The main stage is HUGE, with lots of space for audiences. Always clean and well kept.
The food is always good, but a little expensive. We waited in line to go to Bert’s (nobody ever got back to me about making reservations) and it was nice. They were incredibly quick and our server, Halee, was great!
Love coming here with family to see shows. Try getting there early for parking and making sure to jet to your car after any show, or you’ll be stuck in traffic for a while!
Beautiful arena, been here multiple times.
Many parking places, sometimes just before the game, traffic may be heavy.
All staff were friendly and helpful.
Many conssesion stands on level 200, the line up for the toilet can be very long like other NHL places I went.
I had tickets for level 100, 200 and 300 and all section are good.
My wife and I went to our first Sens game vs the Arizona Coyotes. It’s actually nice to see a brand new team this year. So much potential now that they finally opened up the pocket book and signed these players long term. These kids will give us years of fun to go see more games. We sat in the nosebleed section and we were surprised at how well we could see the whole surface of the rink. So much fun we bought more tickets for future games. What a blow out for the sens 6-2 Go Sens Go…..great time, great atmosphere. TBH the traffic isn’t that bad at all either 👍
Great cozy feel for an NHL stadium. Great site lines and comfortable seating in the lower level. Ease of use to get to bathrooms and access concessions. Valet parking is offered for $60 which is a nice amenity to offer the fan base
We flew up from the states to watch the Lightning play a game and I have to say this was a pretty nice arena. I was a bit surprised how far out of town it was and there isn’t any type of rail link. We sat on the glass, and the tickets were very reasonable I thought. While there are several sit-down restaurants, more variety at the concessions would have been nice.
