- Reviews:I had a fantastic experience at Mr. Lube Chilliwack, and I would have given them more stars if I could. We had used a wrong type of washer fluid in my car, which messed up the windshield and engine. I took my car to Mr. Lube with no appointment, they vacuumed and washed the tank, refilled it with the right stuff, and cleaned my engine as well. It was all done so fast and at NO Charge!! Kalvin, the assistant manager, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The best customer service ever!! No hidden fees, complete transparency, and no pressure to purchase additional services. The staff also had a great sense of humour, and made the experience personable, making the time go by fast. I’ll wait. Can’t be that long for a 15 min swap out & balance. Heck, the winter replacements were already on their own rims. 6 of us sat all day, awaiting service. I was one of them. My vehicle wasn’t ready until 4pm. One car sat in a bay for 2.5hrs. How is it possible that I showed up before the doors opened, and I was one of the last of vehicles serviced? You’re operating out of the Tireland bays now too, after taking over? Brutal. I’ll make note & share my most concerning observation, every person put to the back of the line was either a visible minority or female. Disgusting. A versatile and fun shopping experience. We loved browsing the Christmas section with so much variety and so many great decorations to choose from.
This New Store at Cottonwood Mall is huge as well as very clean It’s well stocked lots of employees It has huge aisles except in Toys inside the full party city store with staff. Also, washrooms are very nice clean accomadates all genders if prices were better in some areas I would of given 5 stars worth it to make a visit
Brand new with lots of parking. Very clean inside and they have everything you need. Shelves are nicely packed. Also plenty of people inside if help is needed.
Very new and biggest Canadian Store in BC at Cottonwood Mall is huge as well as very clean. It’s well stocked lots of employees It has huge aisles with party city store with staff.
This was the largest Canadian tire I’ve seen in MY LIFE!!!! they had almost anything I wanted and I was able to get lots of steps here.
