It’s okay, usually have to go through multiple times to get the vehicle cleaned properly… The staff doesn’t give you any issues in this regard, staff is amazing 5 stars for them. Just two stars for the equipment there. The wash never gets the car clean. Spending money for an ultimate wash should be good with the first wash you get done. Secondly for the equipment, the vacuum pumps are HORRIBLE! They hardly work, some of them DON’T work at all! Poor placement for using them, some do not even have the mat holders for your floor mats. They need to do more regular routine services for the machines there to make it more customer friendly. The staff does a fine job emptying the trash and everything just nothing to help the suction in the vacuums. Crew dries just a very basic job. The car never gets totally dry. At my visit yesterday, the girl guiding me in did a horrible job. She directed me to the right a bit, then straight in. Both front and rear wheels went over the conveyor. If your people can’t do this part of the job, have them do something they are competent at.
