First off the lady was eating, didnt care if a cuatomer had arrived, secondly tells me that she can make me a turn but if they decided to close early ill have to come back another day. They had several lawn mowers and other items that are not auto related. Staff were friendly. We called to ensure item availability (cost was less than other well known stores) purchased auto part & paid in a quick efficient manner. Pep Boys Isabella has an awesome team and shout out to Carmen the manager of the tire center. I tried to go a bit to big on my tires without a lift kit and she and her team did not blink an eye, advising me and ordering next size down and then installing them fast and professionally – great great experience!
It was great, very professional way they treat costumers. All employees very respectful and willing to get me the best product and price.
Everyone there was helpful, professional, caring, polite and solicitous. They all made what started out as a bad experience (a blowout on the highway) into a very pleasant encounter. I will definitely return to them for future services.
Brake pads Lifetime warranty is not honored anymore. Conveniently for them, customer data is not available in the system. I have been a customer for 20+ years; rather go to Autozone. Manager was rude. Aguadilla store.
Went from a 4 star to 1 star.
Customer service is almost non-existent, was in there today and not 1 person came to check me out. Waited 10 minutes before leaving products on the counter and went to AutoZone
