a week agoGreat place always friendly staff and generally have everything I need, except the engine air filter but that thing is just a pain to find anywhere. But yeah I walk in and my boy Rodney says “welcome to the autozone it’s the automatic zone where we take you to the bone zone like fro zone from incredible two zone, can I interested you in a back rub?” Gets me every time Rodney. You dawg. But I’m all seriousness this is a great place and generally my go to for the things I need for my vehicles.in the last weekBought a new battery from this location almost two years ago. I have 2016 Accord and apparently they eat through batteries. The battery was still under warranty so they replaced it for free. The tech was kind enough to install it for me as well. Not a hard job but a relatively dirty one when you’re in work clothes. I appreciate their quickness and professionalism. Back on the road with no issues.2 months agoIn January of 2023, I purchased a battery (group size 26) for my Subaru. Fast forward to June and I start having issues. Mechanic says the proper size is group 25. I return to AutoZone where Logan helped me with a hassle free switch and install.The other staff member was super helpful as well. The store is clean and well-organized.
Of note – the story is VERY busy at 5-6p during the week. Logan and his team did a wonderful job with everyone.
2 weeks agoLogan went above and beyond to help me get a fix and on the road for a big move. Highly recommend. Helped me get all the tools and parts, along with helping me with an extra issue!7 months agoLogan and his team have been nothing but helpful every time we come into the store. They educate us, help us quickly find what we need and go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of in any way possible. We are so grateful for them and what could rather be a stressful time for car owners is handled with ease.

I had to get new wipers for my van and since I am disabled I was not able to put them on Two of the employees were so kind to help me put them on (even though it took about 15 minutes to get new ones on) I was impressed by how nice they were to me and I hope they know how thankful I was for them!😊
The manager there is rude I think his Name is Christ.
I ask a question I about a part that I needed for my car. and he’s answer was I’m not a mechanic and cut me off never made eye contact or ask me if I need anything else he was just waiting there looking away for me to make a decision what part I need it for my car I took what I thought I needed.

I have zero idea how this store is still running, the two men were so disorganized, we had a part on hold that they couldn’t find for me, never pulled the part and originally gave me the wrong part. My boyfriend went in they found the part on hold then gave a 10% discount. There were other people in there that went to look for their own parts due to the insufficiency of the workers. I will only return to this location if I have to but there are better locations I’m more likely to go to
