a month agoDefinitely will Never go here again 3 ppl in store workers. 2 young 1 older who had lil knowledge on the battery for my car to remove casing from the battery to the alternator. Then of course battery was dropped an he thought he would still put in my car Nope i demanded another one .I could go on about the crazy train but rather not again will never recommend this store hire new knowledgeable ppl or train them !!!!! End of it all it took a female to help worker install my battery .
3 months agoAlways very neat and clean, well organized. Employees willing to assist. Love shopping here, never intimidating despite the fact I’m a 70 year old female. Many thanks to all the wonderful clerks.2 months agoWent in for car headlights and they sold me the wrong size, then told me they couldn’t install them anymore but the Valvoline could down the road if I brought them the bulbs. Turns out they do not do that and have told this place to stop telling customers they do that multiple times..ended up returning the bulbs and just going elsewhere. They did not seem to know what they were doing and were not helpful.3 months agoFirst of all the clerk was so soft spoken I couldn’t understand the another man came over I told him I needed a battery. They had it, but they don’t install for you. Since when?4 months agoWent in for a battery check and Eric was super helpful and friendly! Checked all my info and got the battery replaced. He was amazing!

Very polite.a month agoJeremiah was so helpful and kind with fixing my battery! He did it really quickly when no one else would!a week agoIf you want great customer service you need to come to O’Reilly’s on Linwood! One of our trucks had a breakdown on the side of side of the road. We jumped it and got it to the O’Reilly’s on Linwood. Marvel, quickly and professionally tested the electrical system and determined it was the alternator that needed replacing!! As usual the Linwood store had one in stock and we were able to make the repair. We came back with the core and to buy antifreeze and other tools for work we’re doing one of our other trucks later in the week. Mike, the manager was there to help us find exactly what we needed and quickly processed the alternator core return. This is exactly the kind of service and dedication I’m looking for in a parts store! I’ve been a loyal customer for 21 years now, since moving to Kansas City, and can’t wait to make it 25!!Update: Ricky was helpful, kind and well informed and made getting what I needed so easy! Thanks!!
