a month agoI visited this place because I was driving home when my check engine light came on. I remember they help with a machine that tells you what could possibly need fixing. It’s nice and convenient. The guy who helped me was professional and helpful.4 months agoThis is the O’reilly’s store and hub that supplies all the other stores in town with parts so it has a ton of stuff on hand. The people genuinely care about helping you as well. It is a great friendly, helpful environment to walk into! They can usually get a part same day if they don’t happen to have it on hand. You can order online to pick up in store. Get on in there for free check engine light testing, free battery and windshield wiper installation! Also get free battery, starter and alternator testing?a week agothis particular O’Reillys is my go to store! They seem to always have the parts I need! I drive more than 2 hours to shop there!4 months agoIt’s a large auto parts store. If they don’t have something in stock they check other O’Reilly locations. In my case, the item was available in Aurora, and I was able to pick it up the next day. Professional, friendly service.a month agoThe staff is NOT knowledgeable. I bought engine cleaner and told them what my vehicle was. In fact, I pointed to it, right outside the door. My Ford F-150 doesn’t have a gas cap, so you need to push a funnel against one side and use a screwdriver to push against the other side. When I opened the can, but could not get the product to pour into the tank, I went back and asked the manager, Chase, to give me another can, he said, “I can’t expect my staff to know every vehicle”, although he also said, “The Ford F-150 is the ONLY vehicle with that kind of gas filler”. So I went to Advanced Auto to purchase another can. Not only was it FIVE DOLLARS cheaper, the guy at the counter told me I would need a long-neck funnel and have to push against the other side with a screwdriver. Advanced Auto knows their vehicles. O’Reilly’s DOESN’T!! Never use O’Reilly’s. They don’t know JACK!!

It was ok, employee was a little bit slow and kept having trouble on computer having to redo order abd wait on other employee was was nelping amother customer
but was able to get what I needed but never heard of not being able to use military discount on special orders and pay 20 for crate shipping is that right.
I needed a new battery. I purchased one and when they went to replace it they realized it was just a poor connection and refunded me. They could’ve never just charged me a new battery. Life time business.
Absolutely trash only location in the springs that refuses to stand by there warrantys at all my alternator started make clanking noise and stupids said I it still puts off a charge so no warranty went to the next closes one in out 3 min warranty no problem this location has trash employees that will make it clear they dont want to work boycotted this spot
First Dom, I believe his name was, processed to tell us he knew nothing about cars and that’s why I have a diagram in the car to tell me. After I advised him we didn’t have one, even tried looking online, that’s why we are here asking for guidance, all he could say is ‘I can’t help you’
We spent the money on parts we believed we needed, stepped outside to try this part and immediately Dom told us we need to leave. While he was taking I told him we are leaving. Processed to bulk up in process as to assert dominance. So, I just spend money in your store and not even a minute later that’s how you’re going to treat me?!? Total disrespect! I doubt someone sees this but oh well!
My friend had an emergency because her break fluid went out and this was the 3rd place we stopped to get brake fluid, and the first place to have the kind we needed. The price was way lower than a gas station’s would have been.
