3 weeks agoI absolutely love this new car wash! I didn’t even know it existed until I was driving by so just wanted to get the word out to everyone who hasn’t seen it or has been reluctant to try it. It really does an amazing job. My truck looking spotless and doesn’t leave watermarks (or very minimal you don’t even notice).Must be the Jet Dry! And hey you even get the vacuums(stronger than a Dyson) and the Windex and interior spray with microfiber towels. This is unheard of. The West side has outdone itself here. The two guys I have met have been em super friendly and helpful as well. Way to go Take 5!2 weeks agoWell, normally, I detail my car myself because over the years when I have paid to have it detailed I have never been satisfied a single time and I work hard for my money! Probably would’ve never even tried this place but it’s pretty rare that not one or two people recommend a business very highly but I had six people in one week telling me about this place so I finally went and I got to say I was more than impressed. I will definitely be returning customer and I will definitely be the seventh person, speaking highly on this awesome local business, customer service was a quality that you just don’t see any more job well done boys!!!!a month agoThis was a great place to visit today. It was a quick wash and the detail station was easy to navigate. I was able to get my car sparkly clean and the service attendant was so helpful in explaining my options. I went with the special they have going on right now as they just opened and it’s good to know that if I choose I can cancel at any time. The vacuums worked well and the car wash we good. Go while they are still in their opening week to get some good deals.3 weeks agoConvenient location. The complimentary detail center and vacuums are great. Monthly plan is a no brainer for those of us who love and care for our vehicles. The Monthly fee pays itself in two washes. Staff are helpful and attentive. Trevor is the best!a month agoGot in on a free car wash for the grand opening and first off, the employees were amazing! Super friendly and helpful. The wash was thorough and the free detail center is top notch! Check em out!

a month agoI’m pretty hesitant about going to the big car washes like these, but overall I’ve been very happy with the washes! Worth the money honestly and I haven’t seen any scratches on my car so far. Sometimes it misses spots on the wheels but I’m not too concerned about that. The vacuums and the compressed air blowers work amazingly and I love that they provide clean microfibers to wipe your car down. I’m feel like I’m getting my money’s worth, and I love the compliments I get on how clean my car is!2 months agoDryers are pretty good but beyond that the place seems overpriced compared to local competitors. The basic wash is 10 bucks and no wheel wash/shine.No towels for drying or washing windows that I saw. Also, the vacuums are one side only? Again, I know that seems petty but the other carwash I use is cheaper and provides all these things.
2 months agoThen car wash has not left Any brush marks on my car. The vacuum area is really nice. I like that they give us access to towels. Usually only a few workers are around and they are not interactive except to hold up a sign. Place is really clean.3 months agoI had an issue with the car wash and let the location know. Micah, the location manager resolved my issue quickly and to my satisfaction. His promptness retained a customer! The concept is pretty cool, the vehicle travels on a conveyor style belt, without the worry of lining up in rails potentially scratching rims or scuffing side walls. I wish there was a little more presoak before the car travels through, but still does a very good job! Park by the vacuums and you’ll notice clean terry cloths in carts that can be used for drying off areas the dryer missed. There are also receptacles to return the used cloths. The vacuum area has two styles of nozzles, narrow and wide and there is also a high pressure air hose that each stall has to help loosen small pebbles from carpets, hard to reach debris in the dash / console area. With all of these car washes open/opening in SGF, this facility should be one of the better auto washes to go to.3 months agoGreat wash. Best price in town! Don’t be fooled by the folks down the street(Mister Carwash) these people take better care of your car and provide a much better wash.

Nice car wash but they don’t let you prewash your tires and wheels with the brushes out in the lot like they used to, and the automatic wash cannot get the wheels clean enough to look good so you have to pre-wash your wheels at home before you go to the car wash if they are very dirty.
Fair prices for a decent wash. They definitely need to do some upgrades on their washing equipment. Car doesn’t come out clean every time. Their kiosks that you put your money in also mess up quite frequently.
I went thru the wash on 06/05/2023 and bought a $10.00 wash. It didn’t even clean the bugs off of my windshield. I went back thru to get washed again and the 2 African American gentleman working was rude and disrespectful about the whole incident. They said that’s what the bug station was for, & I needed to use it. I told them that I only have one leg & that is not feasible for me to do that, & that is why I chose to come too this car wash. They proceeded to tell me they did not know what to tell me and that they wasn’t giving me a wash until I demanded to talk to the manager or get the customer service phone number which they did not supply me with so I got online found this website and tried to make contact. One of the gentlemen then came back and said he had spoke with the owner and that they were supposed to clean my windows and then run me back through the wash which happened but I should have never had to go through that when I told the gentleman that I had one leg they should have just rewashed my truck without any problems. I used to be a club wash member at your establishments but you can be rest assured I will not be back ever.
It was my 1st time going to an automatic car wash, and I accidentally put my car in park and not neutral. The car assistant was so nice and helpful even after I messed up. We both laughed it off and got me going.
It left streaks of soap all over my windows, and there’s still dirt on the back.
