a month agoLegit…the best self-serve car wash I’ve EVER been to. 100% of the functions actually work. You know how rare that is. Decent price. Convenient debit use in the stalls, with clearly marked price and max total. $12 didn’t do everything I wanted, but I chose to do more than usual on my old desert beater just because EVERYTHING was working. Kudos to whomever is running this place.2 weeks agoWell maintained wash, all functions of self wash bays appear to work but the soaps themselves, seem of a lacking quality. Also, I am skeptical they have a water softening system to remove the mineral content from the hard Az water we have for their ‘Spot Free Rinse’ My pristine car had developed just that, water spots where the spot free rinse water dried. NONE of that super colorful “HOT WAX” or so they call it, does a dayum thing either, so others, although it’s nice to think you are doing something valuable and worthwhile to your clear-coat, I promise it leaves zero traces of a wax or protectant layer of dirt even to protect from UV rays etc. Spent $24 to end up using a “Spray Wax” ,product purchased from a large retailer in town from the brand name, Chemical Guys…. Spray on, wipe off, costs less for an entire bottle and coats your vehicle with a protectant layer. Might I add, the shine? Also, my biggest gripe here is how fast the timers count down and how little time you get for your money. It’s cheaper to go by Cobblestone for even a basic wash plus FREE micro fiber towels to dry off the car and FREE vacuums too. I know where I’m going from now on…. Unless I have a specific area that I want to pay special attention to, this place, for me, is too much for too little. I spent over an hour after washing a mostly new and clean car in order to achieve the results in the posted pictures.3 weeks agoOverall, this is an accessible easy to find self serve vehicle wash. Be aware that the electronic payment system is confusing. There are multiple labels that say STOP. To actually stop your wash you must follow the correct sequence. The sign says press the X button, but it does not say that you must then press another button on the screen labeled stop. If you do not do this, the timer will continue counting and the unit will continue charging you money unnecessarily.in the last weekHave been coming here for a bit although I will definitely stop. Some middle aged man comes after 30min pressuring you to finish and leave even after him seeing you pay to use the self serve bay. Never has an employee came to offer services or ask if everything is alright. They will however 100% walk past your bay throwing aggressive comments as they walk by at you to hurry up and not letting you dry in peace. Happened way too many times to chalk it up to one employee now, will definitely be worth the extra 10min drive to go to another self serve.2 months agoLove the dog wash but not the tally charge. I have used it three times now. Pressed stop and it keeps going. Hold stop and you’d think it stop the charge but it charges twenty instead of $10.00. It did it again today.

2 weeks agoIf I could rate 0 zero stars I would. We just went through the car wash ( mind you this is a fairly new car that just got washed a week ago, if that) our car came out dirtier than it was when we got there. We didn’t get any pre rinse or dash wipes or anything to start. The guy barely directed us through. And the WORST part of all. The car wash has completely damaged both rims on the left side of the vehicle. We have been trying to reach both the store and headquarters in CA. Neither of which answer or return your calls. Even the live chat hasn’t done anything for us. NEVER go here. Worst experience we have had yet.4 months agoGreat car wash, very good pricing! Tonight was the first time I’ve truly had a disappointing experience. None of the equipment aside from the belt moving your car along was actually working? My car came out dirtier than it went in, a complete waste of time.

This place is very affordable and I love that the vacuums are free. I used to have a membership which was pretty awesome because I could get my car washed everyday if I really wanted to. The membership strip they put on my windshield didn’t always work willing caused some stress as I had to move my car back and forth to get it just right so it would scan. I am sure the people behind me thought I was technologically challenged… Speaking of people… The workers I have encountered have always been friendly and helpful.
This biz has excellent operating equipment that REALLY gets your vehicle CLEAN. Levi was super helpful, so much so I went ahead an got a monthly sub too their auto wash. The staff is always helpful if you need anything. Give them a try!
This car wash was terrific!! The associates were helpful and the car wash did a great job on the outside of my van and the vacuums where really strong and cleaned the inside! I will be going there again!

Giving it a 5 star for a couple of reasons…#1 the staff is cool, they leave you alone until you need something and then they will bend over backwards to help. #2 Vacuums don’t have that stupid triangle thing on the end like other places, that gadget actually makes vacuuming harder. #3 The place is always spotless and like I said earlier the staff do not care if you are there for 15 min or 3 hours, nice people.
Car wash itself is decent , not the best but not the worst.
