in the last weekI have a membership that I have on my car & my daughter car monthly & I like the fact that I can go as many times as I like not 1 time a day free vacuum & they give you towels to dry you car also I have there highest membership & u can add up to 10 cars on the membership & u get a Great Car wash &u can go to any one of there many location’s .3 months agoGreat service. The car wash was nice but if I knew it was going to scratch the vehicle I probably would have not came here and stood to my regular spot. I appreciate that you can also purchase scents for the interior of your car at a vending machine near where the vacuums are located. Went to get the car washed and the car didn’t come out very clean. Parked next door and told the guy it wasn’t very clean, to be told well it’s the road grime. So I guess a car wash is not to wash a car. If I have to do that much work then I guess this place will not get my business. And the tire shine was not on my tires it was on my rocker panels. And don’t even get me started on the rims. I wish I could give no stars. I will not be going back here until they up there ability to clean cars. Since they are a car wash.
Leaving 2 stars because the gal that accepts and assisted with payment was kind and efficient. Left 2 voicemails and sent an email including photos and have yet to get a reply. After leaving we realized that our rear windshield wiper was broken and hanging by a threa during the Express Wash. Possibly during the pre wash with the brushes that they use to scrub the windows they hit it? Obviously there are cameras. We didn’t realize it until we got back to Lodi or I would have addressed it on the spot. With both voicemails and the email that I sent I included my ticket # the time the license plate and even a photo. As a business owner I am not impressed with the lack of professionalism.
Waste of money they speed up the wash and don’t provide all the things you buy. Windshield still has bugs on it so does front bumper. Personal think it’s not worth it. Soap is distilled car is dirty from sides still. And they dont gab the cars right when entering the tunel. They barley keep a 2 feet gab in between cars which is soo stupid. And dangerous! I will never go here ever again!

Yes, I am aware that hiccups can happen to every business, including businesses outside America too. But the way the situation was handled was poor, and you doubling down on it really was reflected on your workers too. If your definition of “All hands on deck” are the workers inside the car wash just twiddling their thumbs, then I think I’ll need to reconsider doing business here again. Here’s a tip for you the next time a malfunction may happen as they seem to happen: How about Apologizing for the inconvenience, and maybe offer customers their wash at a later time while helping them out the line so you can resolve your issues without upsetting others.
P.S., it wasn’t the attendant girls fault, I am referring to the 3 individuals inside the actual car wash just standing around.
Normally this place is alright but today they had a whole line of cars, including myself just waiting. Don’t know if there was a maintenance issue or not, because they did not even Apologize or let us know what was up. We were waiting for up for 20 minutes. Least you guys could have done was Apologize for the inconvenience. I could not even leave because the attendant had me park right up to the very entrance of the car wash after I paid, which was ahead of the little turn out area. When they did let us pass, the car didn’t even get washed right. Horrible Horrible service!
Love the car wash ,my kids really enjoyed it,its like magic and fairy tales, colorful and beautiful smells. Fast and food service,plus they gave away free car wash,thanks bubbas it is superb nice job,keep it up
