a year agoI have 5 Luxury cars and I only bring them to this place because they are a hand wash car wash and the best in Newark. If you have a nice car and you want it to be treated and washed with love this is the best place, I won’t take my cars anywhere else. The owner Johnny is a Gentleman, leader and customer driven guy. He sacrifices anything to make his customers happy. He is a real QUALITY person that you don’t often come across these days. This place doesn’t miss a SPOT! They do a great job, its not all by hand, the exterior is the usual machine and the interior is by hand. They have poor customer care relationship and did a lousy job even when i expressed my reservation. Will never advise anyone to patronize them. The staff didn’t speak English but was willing to help. Communication is key when you’re trying to convey what you want done and understand what they’re trying to tell you. I wasn’t comfortable in the setting. The area was kinda creepy. Once you turned into it, their was no backing out of there. I don’t know the area and Google everything. No one greeted me to explain how things worked there. I waited awhile then got out of my vehicle to inquire what I should do. I wasn’t sure that went over well. They were vertically challenged in stature so I could see them struggling to reach on top of the vehicle to soap it. When water was all over the windshield, you couldn’t see where you were going to steer the vehicle. My vehicle wasn’t properly cleaned and it certainly didn’t have the shine on the tires or protective coating on the vehicle. I gave them my card and was charged $14 which told me that they clearly didn’t understand what I wanted. I gave them 3 stars b/c the people were nice and trying their best with the language being a barrier.

They do not clean your car my wheels were so dirty and I have Chrome If you like your car don’t do it
They’re leave you’re car spotless for the price definitely 100% recommend
