His professionalism, his kindness, his care, and his efficiency and expertise is just off the charts. Thank you O’Reilly for doing what it takes to keep someone of this caliber around to provide such a this level of service you your customers!!This man deserves a vacation! or something.! Am employee like him ,at any time in history, was rare…but now they are priceless.

Sam answered the phone and gave availability and options of the part I needed – and costs. When I arrived, he quickly helped id the part I needed for replacement. He was great and cheerful – made a tedious task actually enjoyable. Fast, professional and kind! 3 months agoThe staff is super friendly and helpful. They know their stuff, both about their store and about cars. The store always seems to be pretty well stocked. Not much more to say, it’s pretty much got everything you’d expect or need of an auto parts store.a month agoNo customer service just sat there watching weirdos petting their dog instead of taking care of people trying to buy things7 months agoWe needed some fuses for our truck in order to get our trailer lights to work. TERRY was very helpful and went above and beyond to set us up and get us on our way!! He stood in the rain looking at our fuse box and helped us figure it out. Thank you TERRY! I went there for an ohmmeter and the staff were very helpful. They had several to choose from. The clerk went over the differences, so I could find the one that suited my needs. The store is clean, bright, and organized. Parking is convenient and they are located on a corner with easy in and out.
The only thing I don’t care for is sometimes the staff can be a little gender bias, “just cause I’m a girl don’t mean that I can’t work on cars or I’m to dumb to know what I want”
It’s a parts store but for the most part the staff is very friendly and helpful
The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They listened to me carefully and gave me multiple options/price points for the parts that could be used to fix my daughter’s car. They even explained the difference between the price points as far as features and warranties. Thank you!!!
Ok, so they usually have what I need but be prepared to spend an hour here. The staff don’t seem to understand that they are a retail store, not a mechanic school, your customers don’t need step by step instructions from you, especially when you have a dozen people in line waiting to check out. I seriously was waiting for 20 minutes before I left without buying anything today because the old man at the counter was teaching. Refer them to youtube if it requires more than a minute to explain, otherwise do your actual job. I’m super mad because I had to rush a job today because of how inconsiderate these people were. Never coming back here, ever.
Had to order some parts for my beetle and it was delivered to the store same day! Good fast service which is rare in tacoma.
