a month agoThis is a small locally owned business and their staff is out of this world. They literally clean your car before you even go in. I’m very particular about how my tires look and I’m always satisfied. I had a problem and the owner actually called first thing Monday morning and went above and beyond. Never seen anything like it.10 months agoWon’t ever give my dogs baths at home again! So convenient and easy on the back! The variety of soaps is a huge plus AND even though we don’t have many “cold” months in Arizona it was nice that the water came out warm when it was 65 out.6 years agoDude I paid 15 dollars for a platinum to get a car wash I wouldn’t have even paid for. The guys were nice but I had to detail it myself, and now let’s hope to god I can buff this paint off but some of the paint is now completely gone. Update the machines and tools you work with.a year agoWay overpriced, I got charged $70 to wash my car which is insane. Most I have ever been charged to wash my car was $30 and that was at a self serve which also charges the exact same price as this place. It is very clean and the triple foam they have is a nice additive and so is the dog wash bay. There are a couple homeless people that hang around and a few people walking through but no one bothered me except one lady asked me for 75 cents and a guy asked me if I wanted help with washing my car, the cameras made me feel safe enough and I went there at like 2 or 3 am. Make sure to bring dollar bills or quarters though if you want to get anything from the vending machines to aid in the washing of your car, they do have a bill to quarters machine too and bring towels cause the dryer is a hand held and the air just comes out of a narrow slit so it’s not very effective and only good for blowing the excess water off. Also, most of the settings do not work the first time you turn the dial to select what you want and have to turn the knob to a different setting then back to the one you want for it to work, like if you want soap with rinse you have to turn the dial to soap then turn it to rinse and then back to soap and the triple foam dispenser was just not wanting to work really at all and the timer seems to count up way faster than it should just so you get charged full price and then have to keep swiping your card. These reasons are why I say it is way over priced and why I give it one star.5 months agoI like this place. Better than the drive through that you have to put your credit card in

2 years agoBe aware of this car wash. I drive a 2011 Toyota 4runner and not only did it rip my antenna off, but my driver’s side mirror as well. My car is in great shape as you can see from the pics, not some old car that has parts falling off. These are both OEM parts yet I have received no compensation for them or even an offer to help me fix them. The employees mysteriously couldn’t get the video to play back when I asked (convenient) and there was no manager on duty to speak with either. (Also convenient) They acted like I did something wrong yet I have been a customer for a long time and did the same thing I always do when going there. Zero customer service, as well as zero responsibility for their wash costing me over $500!! Stay away unless you don’t care about your car.4 months agoThey are nice here and one of the workers named Chris is very helpful. I like this car wash because it seems like it cleans my car up better than all the others, leaving it sparkling and shined for a long time.in the last weekMy wife and I have a membership. It’s cool when you need a wash. Not so quick , but then again, that depends on the location, and what time of day. Some employees makes you feel welcome and others make you feel as if you’re bothering them. Also, I think that the towelettes they hand out before the wash are a waste of money. You can do the job with the blue towels. Awesome place to wash your car on your own or get washed through the line
2nd time back after new owners. First time did a good job. Presoaked, high pressure soap, brush, high pressure rinse and ended with spot free rinse.
TODAY, no pre-soak. High pressure soap was out. Brush worked great, rinse worked. SPOT FREE RINSE BUTTON IS GONE, by the time I got home I have water spots all over. I will not be going back.
Many of the normal buttons you find at a car wash like this are gone. Basically you get a quick wash and rinse.
Well this place is no longer wiseguys now it’s elephant touchless car wash. Their systems don’t even work right. And their management is is completely rude. If they had a zero Stars rating I would have given that. If you have a choice to go anywhere else I would highly recommended it
Couldn’t get in to our usual groomer and don’t trust anyone else with our little Sophie so I checked and found Weiss guys carwash. But wait it said “newly added dogwash” So I grabbed our oatmeal shampoo and conditioner and took a shot. They have this pretty awesome bath for your dog which is nice and stable. Enclosed on all sides and has a retractable ramp in the front you can have your doggy run up to start. It has a sprayer just like the self carwash but smaller and easier to maneuver. Just like the carwash it has about 10 different settings. So instead of wax and armor all spray they have doggy shampoo scented or unscented, conditioner, de-shedding organic body wash and even a dry setting to end things and dry the dog! Oh it helps to bring a towel for the end to really get those hard to dry parts. For under 10 bucks I cleaned the baby up and she loved every minute of it. But again if you’re on a time crunch and need to clean your doggy, get to Weiss guys!
Typical self-serve car wash. 3 stars because this place used to have a spotless rinse but it seems like they took it out, makes it difficult to avoid water spots especially in the heat.
